Welcome to the St Laurence Loft Home in the 1000 Islands! Nestled in a small cove facing the 40-acre bay on Howe Island’s south shore, this home is where panoramic views, European cottage style and luxury converge for a little piece of vacation Heaven.

We have recently renovated and restored the home with a European cottage style in mind while ensuring all the modern comforts for full time living. So just bring your self, leave your worries behind and enjoy this home. Once you step into the open concept, beautifully restored main floor, most people instantly breathe a sigh of relief and relaxation.

Included is 3 bedrooms, the primary 2nd floor loft style bedroom has stunning views and is a star gazer's wish. The upstairs loft also has a quiet workspace & high speed internet for working from home. A dream kitchen appointed with a Keurig coffee machine & Bosch appliances make this a chef's dream to prepare meals that you can enjoy with one of the best views in the area. A beautiful bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The European charm of this home is showcased in the cozy living room with fireplace, wrapped ceiling beams and a spectacular view and a 55" satellite TV with a Bose Surround Sound system. You can enjoy your meals in the dining room with an Acacia Wood Dining table or out on the 300+ square foot deck, both of which offer you dining with a view.

Outdoor activities abound here with a gradual sand/pebble walk in waterfront perfect for swimming, kayaking, canoes or paddleboarding when the water is calm. You can also have smores at the water facing firepit and take a shower with a view in our outdoor (hot & cold) shower! You will love the deck with a covered lounge area, dining table, sun bathing loungers and a Weber BBQ.

Walking & hiking trails, bird watching, biking, boating and fishing abound in this area with trails and boat launches less than 10 minutes away. You will have access to a one person kayak and some water toys, but feel free to bring your favorite toys! A shed is available to store 3-4 bikes and you can store canoes/kayaks on the side of the house during your stay.
