Ground floor:
- Living room with TV lounge and sofa bed, kitchen area equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo machine. Two high stools for a coffee break!
- Shower room with toilet.

First floor:
A spiral staircase takes you up to the sleeping area.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, TV and some storage space
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds made up of a double bed (140cm) below and a single bed (90cm) above.
- Small utility room with washing machine.
For babies: High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request)

Outside:
- An attractive 12m2 south-east-facing wooden terrace with a dining table for your meals and aperitifs, a barbecue and a Spa to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
