Our second time staying in this home. Nice, big fenced in back yard. The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space to lounge around and the kitchen was stocked with all of the basic necessities.

Great Little House, Great Yard

The home has been well maintained and it was clean. I was very happy with the large, fenced-in back yard area and the nice, thick mattresses, and it had everything that we needed for our visit. This was a very pleasant stay and I hope to stay again.

Loved our stay

This place was awesome! Looking forward to renting again when we visit family in Holly Springs. Fenced yard was great for our 2 small dogs and neighborhood great place to walk the dogs.

We came to town for the weekend, brought our senior dog along with us and this property was just perfect for our stay! Nice, quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shopping! The house was lovely, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay! We did not need to communicate with the host during our stay but he was very communicative beforehand with check in information! Will absolutely rent this home again!

The property is as advertised. Very clean, easy check in, quick responses from Jason, although nothing was needed during the stay because everything was fine. The yard is humongous and was perfect for my dogs to run around in during the day. Overall, quiet neighborhood, would stay again.

Perfect stay

This was our second stay at this property. The home is perfect for our needs. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The owner has thought of everything you would need for a stay. We love the fenced-in backyard for our pooches. The location of this property is close to shopping, restaurants and major roads. Better Than Expected!!

This is a must stay for comfort and relaxation. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a HUGE backyard. The pictures don't do it justice. Very clean. Beds are SUPER comfy. Typically I don't sleep well when not in my own bed however these were so comfy, I actually slept in a little. We visited Raleigh and Cary and this was just what we needed. Very responsive host.

Great Find

This rental was just as other reviews stated. Spotlessly clean and pleasant to return to at the end of the day. Didn’t have to contact owner as rental was loaded with information on how to operate everything. Only suggestion I have concerns lighting in this lovely home. I prefer soft lighting from table lamps or floor lamps. Only one floor lamp was present in the whole house. If you prefer very bright overhead lighting then this home is perfect.

Lauderdale FL to Holly Springs NC in order for my children to experience the great school systems that Wake county has to offer.
