Fastest communication from a host ever. I've stayed at many places and this host was the best in communication. The house was clean, comfortable, and sits in a very convenient area. We love the retro decoration and the amenities of the home. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay.

What a wonderful home! We enjoyed our stay immensely! The only issue was that the upstairs was pretty warm while the downstairs was on the cooler side. Other than that, a lovely place and I recommend staying here if you are in the area! Tricia was very responsive and a joy to work with!

As a 1950s home, temperature differences between floors can occur, especially during extreme weather. During your stay, North Carolina experienced an unusually cold spell, which is not typical for our area and can impact how heat circulates throughout older homes. It’s common for the downstairs to feel cooler while the upstairs may run warmer in these conditions. To help guests stay comfortable, we provide air conditioning in each bedroom along with additional fans, which are stored in the home for guest use. We always encourage guests to adjust these to their personal comfort level. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps future guests know what to expect and allows us to continue improving. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Comfortable and special

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Fuquay-Varina. It is centrally located and very clean. What sets this place apart is its charm. The owner goes above and beyond with the decor to transport you to the 1950s while providing the best of today's conveniences.

I can't say enough about this property. It is absolutely adorable, VERY clean, close to downtown, and the owner thought of everything! Communication was also fantastic! Once she found out that my sister and I would be arriving late, she went to the house and turned lights on for us! One of the best places I've ever stayed!

Fabulous getaway!

We had an incredible stay celebrating a friend’s birthday! The house was perfect for our group—spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The common areas were ideal for hanging out and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The location was great—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather, and we’d absolutely come back again!

Excellent Experience

We had a wonderful experience. The home was in great shape. We loved all the extras. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the mature trees everywhere are wonderful. Communication with the owners was excellent. Listing is very accurate and complete.
