Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, and a layout that encourages togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge spaces, making entertaining a breeze.

The home offers four bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure restful nights for everyone:
- Primary Bedroom : 1 King bed
- Bedroom 2 : 1 Queen bed

- Bedroom 4 : 1 Queen bed

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No pets allowed.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
