This listing does require an association agreement to be filled out prior to arrival. In the agreement one is able to confirm or deny the use of the Birchwood Facilities, if one is to confirm there will be an additional fee of $750 (May 1- September 1) or $250 (October1- April 30).

"Birchwood Common Property amenities are described in Rental Packet provided by Birchwood. It is possible that private or Club events are scheduled during your stay. Renter acknowledges and understands privileges to use Common Property are subject to availability.
Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club does not provide concierge services. Renter acknowledges and understands any issues or questions regarding the rental property are to be addressed with the Rental Agent or Property Owner.
Renter, immediate family, and guests are required to obey the rules and regulations of Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club (speed limits, dress codes, personal conduct). The Renter bears responsibility for family’s and guests’ actions. Any resulting fines will be billed to the Renter.
All use of Birchwood Common Properties is based on the premise that participation is purely voluntary. Since participation in virtually all recreational activities involves the assumption of some personal or physical risk, participation by a renter or guest constitutes acknowledgment, assumption and acceptance of that risk. Renters and guests assume liability for any personal or physical injury and/or risk incurred."
