The place was great! The location, cleanliness, decor of the place and the hosts responsiveness were all spot on!The only issue was the unit above us at 3am two nights in a row causing a real loud commotion.

We went for my niece’s 21st birthday. It was a perfect place for a girls trip. Some of the places that she and her friends found were more affordable, but this was my ninth trip to Nashville and I knew the locations of the places they were choosing were not the safest. This was worth every penny. We were able to walk to and from Broadway in pairs, multiple times a day. It felt safe to us. The apartment was spacious, clean, and we felt safe. There were plenty of towels and washcloths-which was great, because it was very warm when we were there. With a group our size, we maybe could’ve used another bathroom, but we knew what we were getting when we booked it. Thank you for letting us stay!

Location was great! Parking was expensive for the 3 days but knew that would be. The guests above were extremely loud, But over all the space, location and amenities were all fabulous!

I will start with it is a perfect location for everything you want to do downtown.check in was not so good we were given the wrong code.The place is very nice inside, I had heard on a previous review that it is noisy from the tenants upstairs that is very true you can hear every step and voices from above.We had some issues with the electrical none of the light switches would work so you had to go into a closet and try and figure out how to turn them off and then back on in the morning.Also we could never get the surround sound to work or the remote that opened the drapes.beautifully furnished, if we wouldn't of had our issues this would of been a 5 star review.

The condo was great. It couldn’t be in a better location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had was that we were given the wrong access code to enter the main door/unit. Once we reached the management company, they stayed on the phone with us until we were able to enter.

The Jam Loft is super cool, but unfortunately we learned very quickly that it is not very practical: 1. The walls dividing each room are open at the top, including the bathroom that is shared between the second bedroom and the bunk room. The only toilet with privacy and a full wall/door is inside the master, which holds two king beds.2. The shower in the master is a wet room but open without a door--and the only thing offering privacy is a single strip of glazed glass in the middle of the shower glass that faces the beds. 3. The mirrors and lights were non-functional and burnt out. We figured out one of the GFIs was tripped and it at least gave us lighted mirrors in the master, but the lights above the stove and on the right side of the bedroom were non-functional. It's brick walls and windows that open to a cafe in the street with darkening curtains, so it is dark in there without lights.4. The kitchen has no salt, pepper, oil. Pots and pans were dirty with dried eggs. There were few utensils-ironically, no spatula, and one kitchen towel. Limited utility.5. The passwords and access codes to amenities like Sonos were not available.6. Elevator broke and was not able to be fixed during our stay. 7. The lock on door to stairs ran out of batteries and there was no back up key. We were locked out in a stairwell for 3 hours, had to get a locksmith to drill open the lock which led to us having to cancel reservations and ruined our Saturday night of my wife's 50th.

The home is in a great location. Easy walking to everything downtown. It was well decorated with comfortable beds and lots of kitchen items. The open concept is beautiful, and provides lots of space for everyone, but not a lot of privacy. In the bathroom, the wall is open on the top to the living room area. You can also hear the upstairs guests walking and running water. If you are a light sleeper. I suggest sleeping with earplugs. Each guest only had one towel and one wash cloth, more towels and extra hand towels would have been nice.Overall we were very happy with the rental. Fit our group of 7 women very comfortable. Host was great at communication and answering any questions.Would definitely stay here again.

This is owned by a company, not just a few owners. Check in was wrong. We were instructed to enter through the alley. We tried every door as there are several in the alley. The access code didn’t work for any. So I called and got customer service who had to look my information up in their system as they have “several properties”. The nice lady told us the entrance was not in the alley. Provided us with a combination for check in (different than my code provided in the check in instructions). Wrong code, but at least it was the right door. Get in the place, finally, and the space is absolutely beautiful. Large enough for our group to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The showers were amazing. One person in our group enjoyed the jet tub. Speaker system throughout the place is high quality. Unfortunately we weren’t able to turn off the speakers in the bedroom. So those of us that stayed up late bothered the others who were trying to sleep. The chandelier in the main bathroom didn’t work. No soap in the dispenser when we checked in. Extra supplies in the laundry closet, so we filled it. Check out was easy. However, the instructions for garbage was very vague (again large company with blanketing statements to cover all their properties). We saw zero trash receptacles or dumpsters around the property. We only had tow bags of trash, but would have happily disposed of it had we located a dumpster. The floors are not well insulated between levels. We could hear the floor above us

Cool place. Not very functional. Good location. Very difficult to sleep due to loft noises and people above. Would be great for a friend group. Not great for families. Not a ton of privacy. One of the showers is not private. None of the walls extend to the ceiling, so sound travels throughout. Check in process was clunky and through a corporate center in Arizona. Decent response on the vrbo app, but 3 phone calls went to vm which was frustrating when we had difficulties with the code to get in to the unit.
