We highly recommend this rental. Everything about this place was amazing. The Howard very informative. The pictures lived up to what was there. Great location. We will no doubt rent Tia unit again next time we visit Nashville.

The hosts were awesome. They provided great information for easy check-in, great places to eat, and places to visit. We attended a game at Nissan Stadium and the location was great. The townhome was very clean and we had everything we needed.

We so enjoyed our ladies trip to Nashville. The apartment we rented was a great fit and a great location. We enjoyed the coffee shops nearby and also the restaurants. The only thing was one of the beds was a sofa sleeper and we had thought it was in a bedroom. Otherwise the host was very helpful and welcoming and the accommodations were very clean. The rooftop patio was delightful!!

This was a great space to enjoy Nashville! We were 3 couples and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We could walk to Broadway which we did every day. There was a great bar/restaurant right on the corner. Communication with the owner was exceptional. The place was very clean. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

This location was perfect for our needs. Was maybe a 20-minute walk to the Kid Rock and Old Red corner. The place was very clean. Had three master bedrooms so each couple was had privacy. Very comfortable and safe location. Jon was outstanding in providing information. Quick to respond, accurate information with sports bar opportunity. The location and his advice pointed us very close restaurant; Jonathon's on the corner was so good with options for healthy and picky eaters. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend time in Nashville.

Walking distance to nearly everything in Nashville! This home is perfect for 3 couples. it was so nice that we had our own bathrooms too. Jon responded very quickly to the questions we had regarding a couple of things. He also recommended some restaurants to us that were very good, and close to his home. We will definitely refer our friends and family to stay here, and we would most certainly stay here again, if we make another trip to Nashville! Thank you, J & J

We stayed here with a group of seven and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The hosts were awesome! Great communication the whole way through, and they even mailed me a shirt I forgot (lifesavers!). The place was spotless, check-in and check-out were super easy, and the beds were so comfortable we had a hard time getting up in the mornings (at least I didn't).The location is perfect. Close to all the action but still in a quiet area where you can actually sleep. The views are beautiful, the bathrooms and towels felt hotel-quality, and everything about the house just worked. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved it instantly. It was perfect for our group of 5. Having the private garage for our car to rest was nice too.Clean, comfortable and set up so handy.We only had a short stay unfortunately, but we would definitely use this place again for longer stay.

Friends trip

Had a great time visiting Nashville. The area around this condo has a few good restaurants, brewery and small distillery. Farmers market not far. Walking to downtown-Printer’s Alley and Broadway was easy walk.

The property was great for our needs. Rooftop needs a few repairs, but we were very satisfied with our accommodations, location, and the property owners were great! Wonderful communications and ideas for our stay!!! Highly recommend this location. We will be back!

All 6 of us loved Jon’s townhome. It is spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place for us to stay. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, along with the rooftop patio made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to walk to most places we were planning on going to. We used Uber and Lyft other times. Jon was very accommodating and replied to my questions in a timely manner.

This is a beautiful townhome , it has everything you need to visit Nashville. It's an easy walk or grab an Uber or Lyft downtown. You will need to be able to get up and down stairs because it's three levels. We loved the fact that each bedroom had an in suite bath. We will be back.

Great location a hidden gem in Nashville

My family was in Nashville for a Wedding over the weekend. The property was perfect for this group. It was very well maintained and was easily able to accomodate the 8 people in our group. Jon was an outstanding host and made certain that parking was not an issue for us even though we had 5 cars here at one time. I would definitely stay here again.

Nashville Getaway

Property was about .7 miles from Broadway. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, towels were plush , the amenities, location and convenience were perfect. There were restaurants and breweries close by, the host responded quickly to any inquiry , it fit the needs of the 6 of us very well.

Perfect stay

The townhouse was fantastic! Such a comfortable stay and had everything we could have needed. Amazing location, close enough to the strip to walk back and forth (or quick Uber ride) yet far enough away from the noise and chaos of all the bars. Nashville and this townhome do not disappoint.
