Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

we loved the location. a few minutes walk from Broadway. Host was very responsive and we would stay again on our next trip!

The kitchen was not stocked with pots and pans appropriate for a place sleeping this many people. There was not even one 8x12 pan to make a casserole, no large frying pans to make breakfast, etc. The internet was VERY hit and miss. Would be impossible to work from from it on a laptop. The TV could only hold signal about 50% of the time.

When we arrived the cleaning crew still had trash and dirty laundry outside the door, so we were unsure if they were completed. Upon entering the premises it was clear that they had not vacuumed or swept the floors. In addition the furniture in the main living area was unclean. The outdoor pool and hot tub area had screws and trash scattered about, where one would naturally be walking barefoot. The hot tub appeared dirty, and the pool had a substance in it that adhered to your skin and swimwear (which ruined most swim clothes). The cookware was very limited and low quality. There were multiple places where prior quest decorations had damanged or tape had been left on the walls. The owner offered only to have someone come walk through or vacuum after our stay already began. He seemed unbothered by our frustration overall. Plus side, there are many things nearby that are walkable from this property. If they could update worn items and actually clean this would be a great location.

Close to Everything!

Perfect for our 4 generation visit. Bunkroom was exactly what we needed for our kids and grandkids.Loved the layout of the flat. Everyone had plenty of space. We were there during the week. Neighborhood was nice and quiet after dark even with being walking distances to downtown. Impressive!!

Easy Walkabout of Nashville

This is a great value for location in Nashville. Our group had 12 people and we all were comfortable, bathrooms & bedrooms accommodated us all. Hot Tub & outdoor seating area was fun to get some sun & relax before going out, or when you get back! Located next to a road but very, very quiet. Open concept layout allowed for fun with the group (plenty of seating, TV, pool table, big island were all utilized). Easy walk to Broadway, Printer's Alley, Farmers Market, other downtown locations. We felt safe walking to & from all of the locations during all hours of the day & night (including late at night). Very clean, property manager was very prompt in communicating. Amenities worked well. Great value for location.
