The spacious living area is located at the rear of the home, overlooking the pool deck through sun tinted windows to ensure a cool space to relax. After a busy day, sink into the new plush sofa and enjoy the large screen smart TV. High speed wifi included.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker and stainless steel appliances. Grab a bite to eat at the breakfast bar, share a meal together at the formal dining table at the front of the home, or why not dine outdoors?

The pool deck faces south basking in the Florida sunshine anytime of day, and features dense planting all around to ensure your own private oasis. There is a table and chairs plus loungers to spend a full day around the pool.

Pool heating available at an additional cost. BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and bathtub. There a sophisticated queen bedroom also with its own ensuite. Plus two twin bedrooms themed with Disney and skating that the kids will love.

Don’t forget about the stunning games room! There are hours of fun to be had challenging each other to pool, air hockey and foosball.

The home is located within the peaceful Rolling Hills community, just minutes from the large amount of shopping and dining choices along Hwy 192. Less than 15 minutes from Disney and just 30 mins to Universal, Villa Tropics is a great base for your vacation.
