Find sanctuary in this mid century modern style home with gas heated pool (associated charge) and sauna, minutes from the beach wineries & hot springs. Relax on the large balcony and take in the sunset over Port Phillip Bay before settling in for a night of fun on the arcade machines in the games room. The large home has 4 bedrooms and a study, all equipped with comfy beds, linens included. A huge kitchen is equipped with coffee machines, cookware & everything you’ll need to entertain during your stay.

Set on a large private corner block, our home on the hill is the perfect spacious coastal escape.

THE HOUSE
Inside, you'll find four cosy bedrooms all with luxury linens provided and lots of closet space.

The spacious study offers a large dedicated work space overlooking the garden as well as a comfy queen size sofa bed.

Downstairs will keep kids and grownups alike entertained. Enjoy hours of fun on the arcade machines or wind down with a movie by the fireplace.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is the perfect setting to entertain in. The wall of windows overlook beautiful Port Phillip bay so you can take in the spectacular sunsets as you dine.
We've stocked the kitchen with all the utensils you'll need to cook up a storm. We also know how important that morning (and afternoon) caffeine hit is, so you'll find two coffee machines (one espresso, one drip) along with locally roasted beans to enjoy during your stay.
Chill out in the lounge after a day of swimming and exploring with access to Netflix, Binge, Prime, and Disney/ESPN+ or choose a book from our little library.

Beyond the sliding doors on the top level, you'll find a sprawling deck with lots of comfortable lounge seating and an eight person dining table. Head down the stairs and you'll find a big gas BBQ and an outdoor cubby for the kids.

Two full bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer.

THE POOL & SAUNA
Whether you want to take a dip in the huge pool, relax in the heated adjoining hot tub or sweat it out in the four person infrared sauna, it's all a few steps from the sweeping balcony.
Please note: pool is heated with a gas heater and incurs an additional charge of $50 per day, for a minimum of 2 days.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Study: Sofa bed and dedicated work space - Please let us know if you'll be using the sofa bed so we can provide linens.

PETS WELCOME
We are a pet friendly home and we're sure your pup will love it here as much as you do. We just ask that your dog is well trained and stays off the furniture.

PARKING
We have lots of off street parking available. There is a double carport and room for approx 4 more cars in the driveway - note there is a steep incline.
