A captivating coastal compound incorporating an impressive backyard oasis with a gas heated pool, spa, luxury cabana and waterslide. This resort-style family home closely located to Blairgowrie Village delivers the ultimate contemporary family getaway, with quality and comfort found at every turn. With features including two separate living areas each opening to extensive decking, a stunning entertainer’s kitchen, and outdoor dining with a pizza oven, this is a truly unique coastal stay.
IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This is a 3 bedroom property which sleeps a maximum of 6 adults. The second living area can double as a 4th bedroom with two double fold-out sofa beds, to sleep two children (upon prior request).
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

• 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8, maximum 6 adults) each containing luxurious bedding to ensure the highest quality rest and relaxation
• 2 indulgent bathrooms, including a master ensuite and family bathroom with self-filling bathtub
• Backyard resort style oasis with gas heated pool and spa, waterslide and luxury poolside cabana with daybeds
• Two living areas
• Main contemporary open plan living area incorporates the lounge, dining and kitchen, and opens to a north facing deck
• Second living area which opens to both the front and rear decks, and doubles as an optional 4th bedroom, with 2 fold-out sofa beds (available with prior notice, suitable for children only)
• A superb kitchen to satisfy any foodie’s dream, thoughtfully and generously equipped with every essential, plus an island bench with breakfast bar for 3
• Nespresso pod machine, with pods supplied
• Rear deck with outdoor dining for 8 and authentic pizza oven, overlooking the pool area
• Internal dining for 10
• BBQ
• Built in surround sound system in both living areas
• Master suite with built in robe and ensuite
• Smart TV’s in both living areas and all 3 bedrooms
• Heating/Cooling includes ducted central heating and refrigerated air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas, plus a cosy wood fireplace in the main living area, perfect for the cooler months*
