Das Patsy's Gate ist ein großes Haus in Red Hill South, das auf einem 4, 5 Hektar großen Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz liegt. Vier Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit Einbauten. Meister mit Bad und in Robe gehen.

Zwei geräumige Wohnbereiche mit Kamin im offenen Wohnzimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit neuem Kochgeschirr.

Solarbeheizter Salzwasserpool mit gasbeheiztem Spa. Tennisplatz mit Nachtlichtern. Schläger geliefert.

2 x Außeneinstellungen zum Aufsaugen der frischen Luft. Haustierfreundlich (nur draußen) auf Anfrage.

Family Celebration weekend

Great place for a family get together. Lots of space, great kitchen and the tennis court and pool a bonus for the kids.

We loved our stay. The home is clean, spacious and the grounds are amazing. We travelled as a group of 5 celebrating our 50th birthdays. We loved the kitchen and the large table to sit and eat and chat around. We even found time for a game of tennis. Will definitely book the property again in future

Incredible stay!

The property is just incredible - we had most amazing stay. Loved the tennis court and the hot spa. House had everything you needed and fit two families with lots of kids very comfortably. Close to wineries and cafe. Love our weekend there!

Red Hill Wedding Stay

Perfect location for a attending a wedding reception at Max’s Restaurant. Also easy walk to the brewery. House is roomy, great kitchen while having three bathrooms is a bonus for getting ready.

fantastic getaway

Beautifully presented and well-equipped, including board games. The pool and the spa were excellent, even on a rainy day! We all loved the kitchen and the two living spaces - something for everyone. Thank you for making our weekend away extra special!

A laid back “resort”

Our family including 16, 21 & 23 yo “kids” loved our stay. The kids could come and go depending on other commitments as it was only an hour from home and we had visits from grandparents , cousins and friends. It was close to wineries, Pt Leo & walking tracks - but really there was no need to leave the “resort”. Great tennis court, pool & spa with views plenty of inside and outside places to laze around, Shady and sunny options, large land/ garden and an exceptionally well stocked kitchen.

Beautiful House

We stayed here over Christmas and it was an overall great experience, we were able to get away with the fur babies for 5 days in this beautiful home. We got much use out of the tennis court and the dogs loved running around the beautiful yard. If we ever needed anything Justine and Brett were there to ensure our stay was an amazing as possible, even on Christmas day Justine was in full contact with us to help answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house to stay for a couple of days or longer, it's a peaceful retreat and 110% we will be back. Regards Dave & Sharni (& Fur Babies)

Perfect for relaxing. Great location.

We had good weather so pool area and tennis court were winners and plenty of outdoor space and furniture meant room for everyone and drive to other places is easy.

Awesome Stay

What a wonderful find. Great location. Magical setting. Lovely heated pool and spa. Plenty of room for everyone. Sharp knives and everything else you need in the kitchen. Brett responded to any queries we had and resolved any issues in a friendly and prompt manner. We had a lovely stay and would have no hesitation to return in the future.

Perfect weekender

We had 2 families for the weekend here, there was plenty of space for everyone and the house/ property were beautifully presented. Brett was a great host allowing us to re book when COVID kept delaying our trip, he was very obliging and generous. Heaps of extras to entertain the kids. Overall loved it

Beautiful property

We loved this large house with great garden, pool and tennis court in Red Hill. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, numerous living areas and parents' retreat with dressing room and en suite. The kids loved the pool, spa and tennis court. The location is great, 5 minutes to the Red Hill shops and close to great Peninsula attractions. We went in winter but it would be even better in summer! Communication with Brett was great.

Excellent venue for a large group

Perfect for our bridal party... well appointed with everything required to entertain a large crowd. Plenty of bathrooms essential with five bridesmaids to get ready!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful few days at Patsy’s Gate. Fantastic to have a lovely pool ( very cold but teenage boys swam) spa and tennis court which we all used. Lovely open fire as well. Very smooth check in and great to get a late check out. Such a lovely area - recommend Montalto sculpture park and peninsula spa (which you need to book in advance) We will be back.

Exceeded all expectations!

Had a great stay with friends and family at Patsy's Gate. Brett was a pleasure to deal with in the leadup and answered all queries very promptly. The house is spacious and well kept by Brett and Justine with plenty of natural light, particularly upstairs in the master bedroom. Very cosy living area, loved the fire place which was well stocked upon arrival. Perfect place for an autumn stay with the lush backyard and vineyard views, and was great having Red Hill Estate walking distance up the road. The basketball ring got some good use and the large, modern kitchen was great to cook in. Hope to be back in summer to use the pool!

Great accomodation - Pool terrible

The accomodation is fantastic. Brilliant location and set on a stunning property. Rooms are very well sized and everything was clean. We were very happy with it. However, the pool was completely unusable due to a green slime. It was the main reason we picked the property and were unable to use it over the 5 nights. Very disappointing. I will say the manager had a pool cleaner come out twice but couldn’t be fixed and was then full of chemicals. I feel I should have been compensated financially given it’s a major selling point, however this was not offered.

Thanks for the feedback Carl. Pleased you enjoyed the house. With regard to the pool, as I said at the time, this was a first for us as there have been no issues with the quality of our pool water in the past and the pool is one of the reasons we have so many return guests. As the owners (not managers) of the property we did everything possible to try and fix the water quality issue and I certainly apologise this didn't happen in time for your photos. Generally we would consider some form of financial compensation however on this occasion due to the council letter we received about a noise complaint during your stay, we decided against this. As every guest who stays with us knows, we are very clear about the importance of respecting our property rules and the Mornington Peninsula Shire Councils short stay code of conduct.

Great for a weekend away

This house had everything we needed. We were 8 friends who wanted a get away for the weekend. The tennis court, pool and basketball hoop were great features and it made the house a really great place to stay for the whole weekend. The house was clean and really homely, would definitely stay again.
