Please know that as soon as you reached out, we offered to send a professional plumber to the property immediately to resolve this for you. We completely respect that you preferred not to have your vacation schedule interrupted and requested that we wait until after your departure to perform the repairs. We have since addressed all items mentioned to ensure the home is in top condition. We appreciate your communication and your stay with us!"

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay. We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay, and have not received these complaints before. We have since followed up with our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.- We take guest feedback seriously and will be further investigating your concerns about the chairs and will make any necessary repairs.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
