Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is located on one of the world's most beautiful sugar sand beaches. You will also be able to use our golf cart within the gated community which will make your trip to the beach a 2 minute ride! The use of the golf cart is included with your stay at no extra cost! You will have a code for the private beach access as well. Gulf Highlands is a 24 hour security and gated community. There are 11 swimming pools as well as 1 heated pool right outside the back door of the townhome. Gulf Highlands offers a beach house snack bar on the gulf where you can purchase an awesome burger among other things (reasonable prices). There are also six tennis courts, miniature-golf, shuffleboard, playground, and a gym in the resort complex. There is 2 private reserved parking spaces right out the front door of the townhome. All of these amenities are FREE!

We furnish a stroller for toddlers as well as sand toys for your kids to use. We also have sporting equipment for tennis, mini golf, shuffleboard, beach chairs, and wagon to make your walk to the beach easy.

You can enjoy cooking meals for your family in the full service kitchen or grill out on the back patio with our Blackstone grill. There is tons of seating between the kitchen table and bar for your family to spread out and be very comfortable. There is a back patio as well as a back balcony. Both have seating to allow you to relax and unwind.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, flat screen television, large closet, full bathroom, as well as private balcony overlooking the heated swimming pool to allow you to have a very pleasant stay.

The second bedroom has a nice queen sized bed, flat screen television, large closet, and a large bathroom right outside the door in the hallway.

The living room has a large couch and a recliner that allows for everyone to have optimal room to kick back and watch a movie. There is another half bath downstairs which is very convenient. Laundry room is downstairs and easily accessible with a washer and dryer.
