Blu Crab Sands is a dreamy townhome located in the family-friendly beach community of Gulf Highlands. No high-rises, elevators, or garage parking here!

Amenities include gated security, 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated seasonally, shuffleboard, playground, golf cart for easy beach access, beachfront clubhouse with a delicious bar and grill that will also deliver to the unit, along with gulf side pool. Behind this tastefully decorated unit is one of the seasonally heated pools, with another seasonally heated pool just steps away. Sleeps 6 comfortably (1 queen bed per bedroom and an updated sleeper sofa). All of the comforts of home you will find here: washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, 2 coffee makers and whole-bean grinder (k-cups & ground), blender, crockpot, grill, all dishes and pans, beach chairs, floats/toys, games for rainy days, and even golf balls and putters for the putt-putt courses. A personal favorite of this unit is the upstairs balcony, located off the main bedroom. A warm cup of coffee and a good book makes for a peaceful morning here.
