- Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

- No parties or gatherings.

- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. We are available at any time to answer any questions or service the property.
