It's 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths make it perfect for a large family or groups of friends.
Along with its great corner location, the unit has 2 entrances, front stairway and rear stairway for easy loading and unloading of your car from the carport.
Downstairs is also avaliable see "shiny gem on Onyx Ave.

Hello John , Thanks for letting us know we haven't ever had anyone say anything regarding this so, I will check it out. I don't know if this was your situation but if any doors were left open more than 5 min.(I am thinking the sliding door) then the system shuts down the Air Conditioning but the furnace will still blows air..

Home is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. Location is conveniently close to shopping and dining. Host is very responsive and caring. We experienced a mechanical issue on Christmas Eve and it was resolved the next day. Would highly recommend this lovely spot.

The house was perfect for my family and spacious for all 7 of us. The location was wonderful for walking to shops and restaurants as well as the water. Ron was so quick to respond to any questions and accommodating for last minute construction happening right outside the house.

Great family time

Property provided plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped. It had everything we were looking for. Property manager was attentive and easy to work with. Great location! A short walk to all restaurants and shops.

Gem on Balboa Island

We stay in the Newport Beach area often and this is definitely one of the best places we booked. Great location near restaurants and shopping! Beautiful unit and great host who doesn’t leave a huge list of “To Do’s” before check out! Will definitely try to book this property again!
