Our house is located on the edge of a forest in a very quiet hamlet in the countryside.
It's perfect for nature lovers, for a peaceful or sporting holiday with family or friends.
The location of our house will give you access to the many tourist activities in our beautiful region (beaches, rivers, family parks with fun activities, canoeing, horse riding or quad biking, hiking and cycling, the beautiful city of Montpellier, caves, museums.....). We'll give you all the information you need to get there.

You'll get a taste of the southern way of life: sunny days by the river or swimming pool, evenings around the barbecue in the garden or in one of the many restaurants in the surrounding villages, balmy nights lulled by the sound of crickets.
Back to basics guaranteed!

Your pets are welcome, as long as they respect us and our surroundings:)
Our 2 cats and 2 goats stay with them during your holiday. They are all adorable, with the children. We ask you to take good care of them. They live independently, exclusively outside (no litter to change!).

The villa is 90 m2, comfortable and air-conditioned.
It consists of a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, espresso machine, toaster and all the kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and bath, a master bedroom (with a 160 cm bed), a children's bedroom (with a 1-seater cabin bed), a baby's bedroom (with 2 cots for babies weighing less than 10 kg, but you can also install an inflatable mattress for an additional 2-seater bed). The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a double bed.
In total, our house can accommodate 6 travellers with a maximum of 4 adults.
Our garden is over 5000 m2 and has plenty of shady areas, a fully private and secure swimming pool, plenty of play equipment for your children, as well as terraces and all garden furniture.
A Weber gas barbecue is available.

Your children can also enjoy a play area (tree house, slide, trampoline, swing, playhouse, etc.).
All childcare equipment is available on request (bath, high chair, games, changing table, etc.).

Not far from the house, a pretty river is accessible in 15 minutes of the house and on Anduze (paradisiac river corners, which resemble the Corsican rivers).
The sea is 1 hour's drive away.
You will find many local markets not far from the house.
A grocery shop awaits you in the centre of the village (fresh bread and 1st necessity products).
All the shops are in Ledignan (10 minutes by car) or Quissac (15 minutes).
