No neighbors on either side. Whether you're traveling with a loud crew or just want to avoid one, this spot has you covered. It's your own private corner of paradise.

The Beach Club features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors that open onto an expansive balcony with stunning ocean views. Inside, both luxurious suites offer king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to the balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the dining area comfortably seats four. Unwind in the cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit stacked washer and dryer located in the primary suite.

-Beaches (1 min walk): Water sport rentals, surf boards, jet skis, and kayaks- there is something for everyone of all ages.
-Las Olas Blvd (5 min drive or 10 minute walk): Close to beaches, unique architecture, exclusive boutiques, eclectic restaurants, and bars, and just about everything else.

Other Things to Note

*IMPORTANT *You can only check-in into the condominium between the hours of 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.*
*The hotel charges a parking fee of $60 + 7% tax per vehicle per night. Paid street parking is also available, but it is limited.
​​​​​​​*All guests are required by the hotel to pay a mandatory amenity fee of $62.15 per unit, per night, at the time of check-in. This will include the following services:

- Daily Beach Chairs (2) and Umbrella (1) per room
- Access to the West Pool (Guests no longer have access to the Wet East pool)
- Daily yoga classes at 8am
- Daily 2 hour bike rental for 2 guests
- Daily enhanced hi-Speed internet access (Wi-Fi)

As of Feb 15th 2025, access to Wet West Pool is available at no additional charge. Access to Wet East pool is $125.00 per guest per day to be paid at W residence desk.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.*
-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
