Bring your own hair dryer. First Vrbo I’ve stayed at without one. The guest bathroom handle locked us out of the bathroom. The host had a repair person come who shared it was old and needed to be replaced. Did have beach toys and chairs in the unit to use which was a bonus since we flew in. The restaurant and shop on property was a nice addition. Be aware that there are smokers of marijuana on the floor. It was a rampant and unpleasant smell in the hallway, everyday. I guess some units allow smokers, we are allergic to. Not owners issue but just be aware.

The condo was perfect and made for great time in Ft Lauderdale. This was by far the nicest accommodation of our 4 different stays at the Ocean Manor. The highlights are: upgraded kichen, awesome balcony with table and chairs, Murphy bed that sleeps two, very comfortable seating, beautiful ocean view. Will book again next year.

The condo was a 3 out of 5. The view and fact it faces the beach was great. The condo had glass doors from a bedroom to the balcony sadly, they were sealed shut-access to balcony only from great room-which was really disappointing to me. A kitchen drawer was completely broken. Lots of extension cords, which seemed old. Parking with tips got expensive. But appliances were nice and new. Bathroom were fine.

We have stayed in this complex several times, not this unit. The location is perfect and both on site restaurants are great, especially the Tiki bar. While very expensive, the unit was very nice, had everything you need. One huge issue....there is a very active construction site roughly 40 feet from the balcony (and pool) with deafening noise...all...day... long...every...single..day. Literally ruined the trip. Could not hear yourself think anywhere on the property. Would suggest you avoid this place until you get confirmation the construction is complete.

Great Location, Beautiful View

What a beautiful condo and great location. Was a perfect set up for 5 adults and the bedding was super comfortable. Took a little adjusting to have the 5th person on the Murphy bed come into the bedrooms to use the bathroom but we made it work. Valet was super convenient. Great spot to relax and unwind.

Daughters 40th bday celebration

Overall we had a great time. The location of the Resort was right on the beach. Great view! The Tiki bar and restaurant had great food, there was also a very nice Italian restaurant on the property, that was fantastic.The building was older but it was okay. Everyone Had a great time.

An awesome getaway from the cold and snow

We absolutely loved this unit. The location was probably the best in the complex, with views from the balcony of the ocean, the pool, palm trees and the Tiki Bar. Both restaurants had great food and just having them there was such a bonus. The valet service was friendly and fast. We will definitely be back!

Paradise on the Beach

We had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately our experience did not match what was advertised.There was constant construction noise next door that was not disclosed prior to booking. It made it very difficult to enjoy the pool and outdoor space, which was a major reason we chose this property. It started as early as 8am and went all day. We had to leave during the day just to get relief. This was especially challenging as one of our children suffers from migraines and the noise made the environment difficult for her to tolerate.We also found what appeared to be moisture damage and possible mold inside a kitchen cabinet, which raised cleanliness concerns. In addition, the AC in the master bedroom leaked water onto the floor near the bathroom, creating a slip hazard. We reported it on day one but no one came to address it.There were a few other issues—limited beach towels, no laundry detergent provided, and the on-site gym requires a paid pass that was not disclosed. The pool area was also often messy, and communication with the host was limited.The view from the apartment was beautiful, but overall the stay fell short of expectations. Vrbo did provide a partial refund, which we appreciated. We recommend confirming nearby conditions and amenities before booking.

This was the first notification we received regarding the noise during the stay, and neighboring construction projects are not disclosed to us in advance. Regarding the AC, we did not receive further communication that the issue was ongoing or required immediate assistance. We always encourage guests to report any concerns during the stay so our team can assist as quickly as possible. Beach towels are provided based on occupancy, laundry detergent is not a guaranteed amenity, and gym access fees are managed directly by the building/HOA. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the beautiful view during your stay.

Beautiful ocean view

Pros: gorgeous ocean view; spectacular full-moon moonrise over the ocean was highlight of our visit, nice glassware, comfortable plentiful seating, smart choices in balcony furniture, excellent storage for unpacking items, mostly very quiet (except for Tiki bar party on Thursday night), very responsive hostess, many walking-distance options, on-site Italian restaurant was very good. Cons: prevalent weed smell in elevator, building hallways, and occasional wafting into balcony area, MB bed disruptively squeaky loud (just getting in/out and rolling over), need more towels and bathmats, no tissues, non-family friendly behaviors and skanky outfits (related to Tiki bar staff and customers).
