The condo is set back just one block from famed Fort Lauderdale Beach while the back side of the building and all its amenities have expansive intracoastal waterway views. Laying by pool and watching Fort Lauderdale's Mega Yachts drive by or sparkling sunsets over the water is reason enough to book this incredible property.
Busy beach bars, restaurants, jet ski, and bicycle rentals, Beach Place, and the golden sands of sunny Fort Lauderdale beach are just steps away from your front door. This resort is surrounded by stunning hotels that include the W Fort Lauderdale, The Ritz Carlton, The Atlantic, and The Conrad all of which boast fantastic restaurants and Spas and can be reached by taking a quick stroll down A1A as you overlook the beach. Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.

Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.

Guests are responsible for the removal of trash during and after their stay to the designated dispensers located on site.

There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.

Grilling prohibited anywhere on the property, their are no designated areas for that on the property.
*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

Guest have access to the entire condo, and amenities. Pool Hours are from 7am until dusk. There is a locked closet that is labeled inside of the unit that is off-limits to all guests.
