Great stay at Amalfi Shore! The pool and spa were a big plus, and although the controls were confusing at first, Ines came by the next morning and explained everything. The game room was a lot of fun, and the canal view made the stay very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Wife & I spent two weeks here. Property is as advertised. The house is huge, we may have used 1/3 of the space. The pool area is amazing and so very relaxing. We ate dinner on the lanai and was able to see very large gator swimming by in the canal, which was very cool. Lots of birds, fish, and turtles to see in the canal. Game room was fun. Property offers privacy, yet easy to drive to stores abd parks. Islands are an easy drive for sightseeing and beaches. Definitely recommend staying here. Only bad thing was leaving. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Did Not Meet Expectations

This review details a disappointing experience renting a vacation home in Cape Coral, rated the worst out of three stays. Key issues include booking a property without reviews, managed by a property management company, not the owner. Problems arose upon arrival: the house was hot, the master bedroom fan was broken, and the management company was slow to respond, resolving the fan issue only after two uncomfortable nights. Additional concerns included unmowed grass, ant-like bugs on counters, poorly functioning arcade games, and a pool with various issues—such as the pump shutting off at night, unclear switch locations, and inadequate cleaning. The hot tub was unusable, and the property listing lacked transparency about these shortcomings. The neighborhood was noisy, being near a fire station and an industrial area, detracting from tranquility. The home showed neglect, with poor landscaping and a neighbor's yard obstructing the sunset view. Overall, the rental lacked value for the price and required significant improvements.

Hello Amber, a truly surprising review from your side. I contacted the PM and there was no feedback or issues during your stay. The PM communicated with you and explained how the spa worked at check in, the area is very quiet and peaceful. Lawn service comes out on a weekly basis and cuts the Grass The reason there are no revies is that the home is brand new in the rental program and you were the 2nd guest to rent it. The PM addressed the fan the day after arrival so it was the next day as you came into the property by 4 pm and she was there at 10 am the next day. As explained at check in you just had to pull on the chain to correct the fan. In general the pool pump always shuts off at night no pool pump runs 24 hrs. which is standard. I am very sorry that the shrubs and trees of the neighbor obstructed your view. It seems you are clearly you are addressing items that are not very realistic. Warm Regards, Vesteva Vacation Rentals
