This is a beautiful vacation home with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins) with a large patio area and pool along with a built-in wood burning firepit. With its easy flowing and open floorplan, we know you’re going to love relaxing here after a long day of exploration while you cook and laugh the night away, or maybe order pizza in! Feel like a grilled meal instead? We`ve got you covered in your expansive outdoor space perfect for entertaining.
Location: - in a peaceful residential neighborhood in SW Cape Coral - 15 minutes from downtown Cape Coral, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. - 15 minutes to Matlacha, a fishing village with great seafood restaurants and artists galleries. - Easy access to Fort Myers historic downtown, Fort Myers beach, Sanibel & Captiva islands and beyond.
Living/Dining area: As you enter the home, you immediately get a sense of peace. You`ve found your vacation oasis! The living, dining and kitchen area is spacious and open concept with dual sliding door access to the patio and pool deck. The living room area has comfortable seating, a smart TV with cable and access to all the popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, etc. and the dining area comfortably seats 4.
Kitchen: This is a fully equipped with all the major, stainless-steel appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), a toaster, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.
Bedrooms/bathrooms: The master bedroom is on the left side of the house and has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and his and hers vanity.
On the other side of the house are the 2 guest bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. The queen bedroom has a smart TV. Both have closets for clothes and luggage storage, as well as dressers. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. We supply all bed linens and towels, as well as a hairdryer and starter amounts of toiletries for your vacation needs.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer. You will also find a starter amount of laundry products and cleaning products in here. As well as a cooler for those days at the beach.
Outside space: The patio and pool deck are completely un-screened and has a covered area with an outdoor dining table that seats 6, as well as 2 chaise loungers that can be moved into the sun for a suntanning experience! And for those chefs amongst you, there is a grill for cooking up some alfresco dinners!
The pool is a heated, saltwater pool, perfect for floating around in. There is an array of pool `floaties` for your lounging enjoyment. These are stored in an outdoor deck box, and we would appreciate if you could return these items back to the deck box once you have finished using them. There is also a built-in fire pit on the patio area that takes natural wood for when you get that s`mores craving, or you just want to sip the night away in front of the fire chatting about tomorrow`s fun adventures planned!
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, pool area, and yard. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars, and you are also welcomed to use the garage to park.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for morning walks - before the sun gets too hot! and it`s time to head back to the pool.
You will be perfectly located to explore everything SW Florida has to offer. Just 15 minutes from Matlacha, you’ll love the waterside seafood restaurants, quirky artists shops and the amazing fishing opportunities in the mangrove shorelines, flats and back country waters. Fish for snook, redfish, trout, and even tarpon! There are many locally based guides to ensure the best experience.
There are 3 public golf courses also within a short distance from the house and you are within easy reach of the shops and restaurants in Cape Coral, Fort Myers beach, Fort Myers downtown, and a little further south you can explore the beaches and world class dining and shopping in Naples or Marco Island. Head north to Punta Gorda and take a day trip to the beautiful city of Sarasota.
A top tip - the Cape can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and waterways. It may help to know that `Streets` and `Terraces` run east to west, and `Avenues`, `Places` and `Courts` run north to south. When looking for an address, be sure to have it correct. SW 15th Terrace, is in a completely different place from SW 15th Avenue, for example.
Also be aware that Veterans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Myers with Cape Coral, are toll bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $4/car.
There is also a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don`t feel like driving.

Please inquire BEFORE booking about pets. We will consider some small furry friends (25lbs and under) but would like to know something about them first. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.
There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella with anchor, beach towels and a cooler. There is NOT snorkeling gear. Minimum booking age is 25.
Pets. We will consider small dogs (no cats) under 25lbs but ONLY with approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking and tell us a little about your furry family member. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee. If we give permission for a furry guest, please ensure they stay off the furniture, beds and out of the pool.
Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
The pool is a heated, saltwater pool and is serviced once a week, so please leave the gate door to the pool open. Please do not touch the pool controls and please notify us if there is an issue. Thank you for your understanding!
There is a wood burning fire pit located on the patio. The fire pit is only to be used with the fire pit bowl insert and mesh cover. NO WOOD BURNING is allowed directly on the pavers. All ashes must be disposed of after use and before vacating the home.
This home is a private residential community, and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm.
We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
Please read through the house manual provided online and at the property to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.

Great home and comfortable.
My husband and I needed a place to unwind and relax after a busy season in our lives but I am also super picky regarding cleanliness and with a fur baby it is hard to find clean rentals that are pet friendly.
The owners of this property do not have area rugs laying around and the main furniture is leather so it felt very clean.
We are short term rental owners and I know we could pick little things apart but there is no need to. The house was comfortable and clean. We swam and lounged in the pool every day. Binged watched movies at night and slept like babies.
The grass was a little high for our small dog but thats a minor issue and we loved walking the neighborhood. It's also a great area for bike riding and it was super convenient being able to use the garage.
I will mention that left back door is very hard to lock and it was actually open when we arrived. That def needs attention and there were only thee washcloths in the house so we were glad we brought some of our own. That wasn't a deal breaker and we didn't complain. The pool looks dirty but it isn't. The concrete just needs a little resurfacing in the shallow end but the water is very clean, warm and salty. We loved it.
If you need a clean pet friendly home to rent this is a great choice.
