Kings Crown Update: This condo is ready for rentals as all items & amenities INSIDE the unit have been restored and/or replaced.
OUTSIDE construction & potential noise associated with work to the Kings Crown complex and surrounding units may be on-going through 2025. Certain building amenities such as the elevators, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, complex landscaping, etc may not be ready and/or functioning properly for guest use. Pool and tennis court completion is estimated to be early 2026 timeframe without any guarantee. Updates will be provided when available. Discounted weekly rates are reflected in the current pricing.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen (sleeps 4) & 2 bathrooms, Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, tennis courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Saturday to Saturday; HIGH Season: 2-week minimum November 15 to April 30; LOW Season: 1-week minimum May 1- November 15. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
