Property renovations are currently underway at Kings Crown. Please find the details and expected timelines for our current summer projects below. Please note that work schedules are subject to change weather permitting. 

Low-impact summer projects are currently underway at Kings Crown. The Tennis and pickleball Courts: (as of 9/28/2026): The asphalt is in a 45-day curing phase. After this, final touches will be added to complete the courts. The tentative completion date is Thanksgiving. Parking lot lights and the installation of four light poles will occur. Date of work is not yet scheduled. Outside parking will be temporarily interrupted during this process, and specific areas will be roped off. Workers will remain on-site, though heavy construction and noisy work are now complete

**Pool and Rentals: The pool is now open, and Kings Crown is currently accepting weekly rentals through November 2026.

With accommodations for up to six guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

Step outside and you’re just moments from one of Sanibel’s most treasured stretches of beach—perfect for morning shelling walks, afternoon swims, or watching the sky melt into brilliant sunset colors. Rental details:
Two-week minimum stay required from November 15 through May 1
One-week rentals available from May through November 14
Reservations may be booked up to 51 weeks in advance
