Enter the first floor with a spacious family room with comfortable seating, decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts). A door from the family room leads to a beautiful shaded patio with sitting area and enclosed outdoor shower.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor--one has a queen bed and the other on the water side has a queen bed and a twin with trundle (two twins). There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Stairs from the family room lead to the main living area on the second floor. This bright and inviting space has a living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating, decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts).

The gourmet kitchen has a large center island with counter seating, stainless appliances including a wine cooler, double wall oven and Wolf gas range, granite countertops and a farmhouse sink.

French doors lead from the dining area to the balcony deck with a couch, two chairs and small bistro table. Enjoy ever-changing views of Chipman's Cove from this wonderful, elevated spot.

The primary bedroom with king bed is on the second floor. The bedroom has views of the cove and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double sink separate from the custom shower and toilet.

There is also a half bathroom on the second floor.

The interior is only rivaled by the beautiful outdoor spaces--the balcony deck and patio below. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the patio, a dining table with chairs and gas grill in the backyard--ideal for an evening cookout. Clothesline at the side of the house is handy for wet bathing suits and beach towels after a day at the beach.

Burton Baker Beach is only 0.2 mi (4-min walk/1-min bike ride) and Indian Neck Beach just beyond Burton Baker Beach is only 0.6 mi (2-min drive/12-min walk/3-min bike ride).

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
