The home also features a private dock, making it easy to head out to nearby sandbars, explore the waterways, or enjoy a day of boating.

The outdoor space is designed for making the most of the Florida sunshine. Take a refreshing dip in the private heated pool, relax on the spacious pool deck, or gather with family and friends in the outdoor entertainment area while enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.

Inside, the home features a bright open-concept living area with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, and the cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
The sleeping accommodations are ideal for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the guest bedroom includes a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. For additional flexibility, the separate ground-level living area includes two sleeper sofas, providing extra sleeping space for larger groups. The third full bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground level.

A 23' pontoon boat is available for rent onsite through a third-party provider and operated by a certified captain — a unique way to elevate your stay.
