I stayed at this place for the Metallica show. It was walking distance to the venue, about a 25 minute walk. Owner gave me specifics for getting in to apartment and was helpful in making sure I parked in the proper location. The place was clean, comfortable bed and he had a fan, which is a plus. Temperature setting on AC was perfect. We had access to coffee maker, fridge and TV. The only thing, which didn’t bother me, was the lobby seemed to have some construction going on in a few places, this did not affect us.

Terrible

-Underground parking low ceiling, too low for rooftop carrier on SUV.-1 hour wait for check-in, reservation was not in system.-After check-in, key fob not working at bldg entrance.-Single pane windows, next to highway, noisy.-Kitchen sink garbage disposal was clogged and smelly.-Air Conditioning not working, it was very warn while sleeping.-Shower doors falling off.-Shower head was not attached, I screwed it onto the pipe.-Only one set of towels for 2 people.Bathroom plug not working

Did not meet expectations

Although the apartment was overall clean and livable, there were many issues that greatly frustrated us and I cannot recommend the place to other travelers. Communications and service from the host were very disappointing. On our first night, we texted and used VRBO messaging to communicate that the WiFi didn't work, the building door key fob didn't work, and the pre-arranged extra sheets were not supplied. The host only replied to messages once per day and despite promises never resolved any of those issues during our 3 night stay. Also, the kitchen had no cutting board, only 1 pot, and some dishes were dirty. One side of the kitchen sink did not drain. Only 2 out of 5 stove burners worked. It was also a surprise and inconvenient that we had to pay in Canadian . When the host made a mistake by adding an additional night to the reservation, they insisted that I be the one to contact VRBO to resolve it (which I did).

Run Far Away

When we booked there weren’t any reviews yet. As our trip neared the bad reviews started rolling in.I reached out to the owner to ask about checking in since it would be after a 12 hour drive. They assured me there would be no issues. I asked about parking since it’s listed as an amenity. I was informed there’s no parking available and we could pay to park at a hotel down the road.Check in time comes and radio silence. We waited a couple hours contacting and waiting for a reply. Vrbo reached out to the owner with no answer or reply. Finally after three hours we were able to book a hotel room. Complete nightmare. Don’t believe a thing in the listing.

Warning

This booking is very misleading it says free parking but they do not tell you you have to have assigned parking. My vehicle was towed the first night. After contacting the person I got the booking from they assigned me a parking spot but then contacting the property owner they said you cannot park on the lot you will be towed so have to park at the Hilton down the street cost you 40 a night. Have other guests have said only one set of towels for two guests only one burner on the stove works the unit is not equipped with air conditioning and there is no doors or curtain on the shower. I cannot recommend stay at the Hilton you have to park there anyway. well stay there well just stay there
