Cozy Apartment Retreat in East Atlanta

Enjoy your visit in a beautifully decorated and renovated 750 sq. foot APARTMENT that is a lower split-level unit, this is not the entire house. It's your own little get away with off-street parking, your own private entrance and a nice, shady backyard for relaxing including your own private patio. Coffee and tea, fully-equipped kitchen; full-sized fridge, microwave, stove, desk, to compliment your stay.
The space
This cozy apartment is equipped with an Illy espresso maker, French press, a few spices and amenities, and plenty of pantry and closet space. The queen sized bed is tucked away behind a partial wall for privacy. The sleeper sofa is in the T. V./Living Room and sleeps 2 - studio style-no separate bedroom. Shared Washer/Dryer. There is a HEPA filter (filtration system is a separate system from upstairs).

For more than 4 people, there is an extra charge of $50/night per person. Thank you!

In the back, off-street parking with landscaped outside lighted stairs, to the left, leading to the private entrance/red door, below. The property is not wheelchair accessible.

Other things to note
My place is a little retreat in the city! No parties, no pets, no smoking, no drugs. I live upstairs and you may hear me from time to time. I will be mindful and quiet. Ear plugs are provided in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink. Shhhh!
