Fox Creek sits on just over 4 acres of private property with a wet weather creek at the bottom and a view over a rolling valley with spectacular sunsets. You’ll see all manner of wild creatures on the property, including foxes, roadrunners, and deer. The house is 2,464 square feet with 3 bedroom suites (each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet), one bunkroom, 2 separate living areas, a full kitchen with marble countertops, a half bath, a full laundry, and a dedicated working space in a bright, airy foyer.

The french doors in the living room open up to a huge 50-foot back deck with louvered pergolas covering the outdoor seating and dining area. The deck overlooks the saltwater pool and is the perfect place for watching the sunset, glass of wine in hand!

The main living room is decorated with quirky art from around the world, a lush velvet couch and armchairs, and a Smart Samsung frame TV with Sonos sound system. Enjoy the cozy ambiance created by the wood fireplace as you nestle in for ultimate comfort.

The open kitchen features marble countertops, a huge kitchen island for entertaining, a dishwasher, and a dual electric oven and stove, guaranteeing ease for all your cooking endeavors. Accommodating seating for 5, it's the perfect arrangement for entertaining guests or group cooking! The pantry contains a highchair that can be attached to one of the counter stools for little ones to join in on the fun.

While the kitchen island dining space accommodates 5 guests, the dining table banquette seats an additional 7.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay. There will be no one else on the property.

We are available via messaging in the app during your stay should you need assistance.
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No parties.
B. All guests shall abide by SPRKhost’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically preapproved by the SPRKhost.
D. Renter must be at least 25 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without preapproval by SPRKhost. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. No fireworks on premises at any time.

I. No glitter, silly string, tape on walls for decoration, water balloons or hair dye

J. Please let us know if anything is broken as soon as possible. SPRKhost will make a reasonable effort to resolve any issues with the home or amenities located on the property.
