The Space:

Step inside the main house and feel instantly at ease in the open-concept living room, where a plush couch and two armchairs invite you to relax. The connected kitchen offers both Keurig and drip coffee options, stainless appliances, and counter seating for two, while the dining table for eight is perfect for shared meals. Enjoy the entertainment room with a massive wraparound couch, old school, arcade style Centipede game, and large TV ideal for movie nights.



Step outside to the heart of Jungle Haven—a stunning outdoor oasis designed for both relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the year-round heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, fire up the gas grill for your favorite meal, or gather around the fire table beneath the Hill Country stars. With ample lounge seating, a table for eight, and a gated pool area, it’s the perfect setup for families and groups of up to twelve. The property also features a second building, affectionately named Surfin’ Safari, a charming home with its own small kitchen and dining space—great for added privacy or extra guests.



Kids can enjoy the playscape and cornhole while adults lounge in hammocks or sip local wine by the pool. Whether you’re seeking a family adventure, a romantic retreat, or a festive getaway, Jungle Haven offers the perfect blend of comfort, playfulness, and Hill Country magic.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 6 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is pink flamingo themed and includes king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in glass shower.



Bedroom #2 is tiger themed and includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #3 is zebra themed and includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #4 is purple panther themed and includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #5 is in the second building, Surfin’ Safari, and includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #6 is also in the Surfin’ Safari building and includes a queen size bed.



This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo in the main house, as well as a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower in the Surfin’ Safari building.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available for 5 vehicles. There are 2 spots are under a carport and 3 driveways.

• Miscellaneous Fee(s):

o Pool heat available for $175/day.

• This property has two buildings, the main house and Surfin’ Safari. You can access the smaller building through the back yard of the main house or through its’ own gate. The second building also has its’ own driveway.

• Portable crib and high chair provided.
