Located just 10 minutes from San Pedro Town by golf cart, or a 20-minute walk along the beach - and 10 steps to the beach - this home has the perfect location near the azure waters that surround our beautiful island.  The luxurious Alaia Resort with bars and restaurants is just a 1-minute walk.Â
This gorgeous Spanish-Style 1375 sq ft family home on a 75 x 53ft parcel is nestled in the heart of the San Telmo neighborhood, found about 1 mile from San Pedro Town on the island of Ambergris Caye. The home boasts 2 spacious Bedrooms (king beds in both!), 1 bathroom, and a beautiful open plan Kitchen perfect for family and friends to enjoy.Â
The spectacular 16ft cathedral ceilings are insulated and, like all cabinetry, finished with gorgeous Belizean Hardwoods. The home has air conditioners in each room and double-glazed screened windows throughout. The garden is nicely groomed with local trees and plants. You will find your very own 25+ft high observatory with a deck that provides a 360-degree unobstructed view of the Barrier Reef and the surrounding areas of the island! Weâre originally from Arizona and fell in love with the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. We first started visiting in 2014 and knew right away this was where we wanted to end up. Weâve been living on the island full-time since 2024 and are passionate about helping others enjoy their time here.
We love scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, or simply spending a relaxing day lounging in the sand. The island caters to so many different people, and we take pride in helping our guests have a truly wonderful vacation. Our favorite part of hosting is hearing feedback from guests who genuinely enjoyed their stay and watching them fall in love with this beautiful island just as we did.
