This space was perfect for my friend and I. We stayed four nights. We loved walking over to flippers. The food was delicious and so were cocktails. The swimming pool was a fairly good temperature and the hot tub was hot. There’s a beautiful state park about 3 miles away with incredible white sand beaches. We went there two days in a row.It is a way from a lot of the main spots, but if you have a car, everything is very close.Highly recommend this spot.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points for future guests. The pool and hot tub are managed and maintained by the HOA, and unfortunately we do not have control over maintenance schedules or the timing of repairs. When issues arise, they are addressed by the association according to their procedures and timelines. The hot tub is now back up and running. Regarding beach access, the listing does not state that there is a beach within walking distance of the condo. It specifically notes that Lovers Key State Park beach is approximately 0.5 miles away. In addition, Fort Myers Beach is just north over the bridge, and Bonita Beach is located just south of the condo — all just a short drive away by car. We strive to ensure the property description is accurate so guests can make informed decisions prior to booking, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details.

Great resort steps away from the best beach

Great location, we loved the convenience of flippers being right next-door. The morning showing on lovers key is always our favorite part about the trip! I would recommend this unit and will probably be a repeat customer. An added bonus was having the basic beach gear to enjoy without having to purchase new.

Spring Break

We very much enjoyed the Lovers Key Resort. The pool area was wonderful and with a spacious pool it was great for the kids. Having Flippers next door was very convenient for a tasty meal or drink by the pool. There were many things to do with in short driving distance. The many local beaches are beautiful. Only complaint was the pull out was not so comfortable but we managed to make it work for the week.

Can barely see the Gulf from the balcony, though it was a nice space. Biggest issue with this unit is the lack of utensils for the kitchen. One spatula, one spoon, the knives were dull. The coffee pot works, but is pretty dated. Barebones stocked. Beds were comfortable. As others noted, you do hear the garbage truck at 7 a.m. It was windy most days, likely due to being near the Gulf. The pool is shaded until about 1:30 and then has sun until it goes down. Overall we had a nice stay. Lobby was clean and so was the unit.
