Unit has everything you could need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Lanai has a fan to keep the air moving and a nice view. Exit the elevator and you are step away from the pool and beach. Parking and registration is a breeze. Larry is on top of all communications. I would stay here again

Excellent! Very clean and kitchen had every utensil we needed to make a few meals. Bedrooms were very well put together and mattresses were of good quality. Seating in living room was perfect for 3 of us. We were down during March madness. Only suggestion I have would be to change the tv bracket so that the unit could be moved in/out and left/right. Recliners were great and comfortable. Communication with owner couldn’t have been better. Overall rating 10!

Great

Larry, the property owner, was great. He made it simple and the unit was perfect. Not easy traveling to Florida, in July, with 3 children (ages 1, 6, and 10), but our room was perfect. Pool there was great as well!

Absolutely excellent. The condo was clean and in great condition. Well-stocked with NICE kitchen items, TP, dishwasher & laundry pods, and coffee filters - it makes a HUGE difference. Lots of storage space, lots of hangers in the closet, lots of towels. The second bedroom does have a queen bed instead of 2 twins if it’s a big deal to you.Entry into the unit is by code and also into the pool gate and elevator. Beautiful view of the beach and pool from the lanai. The beach is huge so it is quite a walk through sand to the water’s edge, but it’s worth it to not have a beach that’s packed full of people. We went during spring break and the beach was practically empty. During that particular week, you couldn’t see the sunset from the lanai, but if you go out to the waters edge, you’ll have a great view. We were able to see dolphins and manatees while playing in the water. The area is still building back up from hurricane Ian so there isn’t a TON super close to the condo - definitely nothing you’ll want to walk to. Traffic up to the north part of the island is rough so if you’re wanting to head up there to eat, be prepared for very slow traffic and expensive parking, but it’s a very cool area to see. The south end of the island is very quiet with easy access to Bonita Springs which is about 20 mins away. Larry was great to deal with. Checked in with us throughout the week and very responsive!Will definitely be booking for next year!

Spring Break

Nice property for a family getaway. We enjoyed how the condo was located on the quiet side of the beach. There were a lot of nice shells every morning and even sand dollars for the kids to find. (The shells were better at the condo beach than on the dolphin/shell tour we took). The beach is large and a bit of a walk to the waters edge. The nice thing is it’s not busy with plenty of space for all the guests. Condo was as it appears in the photos. It also had beach chairs to use. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. Larry the condo owner answered any questions we had during our stay. The condo is not located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It wasn’t a real issue for us since we had a rental car. Traffic can be slow at times, but we planned ahead so it wasn’t a real concern.

Peaceful

The condo was nice, right on the beach. Dolphins swam very close. We like the less crowded quiet end of the island. The complex was kept up and everyone we met was friendly.

Beach week!

Our condo was GREAT. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of soft comfy towels, even beach sized towels. I was pleased we had more than one key. The ONLY thing I can say negotiate is the start button on the washer was hard to push in in fact I had to have my husband do it for me

Great location at Fort Meyers Beach.

Very nice 2 bed condo at Ft Meyers Beach especially with both bedrooms having private full bath - this is just over the draw bridge coming into FMB. Awesome view from the screened in balcony - there was hardly anyone on the beach. We saw dolphins, enjoyed watching the boats and jet skis go by, and even saw some motorized parasailers. Kitchen was adequate and it was very nice to have full laundry in the unit. Beach towels are there but bring your own chairs, cooler, etc. Lots of road construction but hopefully that will be completed soon and ease up the traffic. A lovely week in the sun!

Clean and Peaceful

This location is on the south side of the island and tends to be more secluded from the hustle. The north side is where all the “stuff” is. We did not mind at all as we enjoyed how peaceful and non touristy it was. Good facilities at this location although the walk to the ocean is a long one. Owners were very clear and timely when it came to getting information out. We would come back again.
