Ungehinderten Blick auf den Golf, über die Straße von Bonita Beach in Gebäude 2! Es gibt einen großen Entertainment-Center eine Trennung zwischen dem Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer, die Schaffung bessere Privatsphäre für diejenigen, die zum Schlafen möchten. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich breit, so dass es für eine Person bequem ist, darauf zu schlafen. Ich habe alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause bereitgestellt, einschließlich Strandtücher, Stühle, Sonnenschirme, eine Kühlbox und einen Wagen für Ihre Tage am Strand. Es gibt 2 Tennisschläger für diejenigen, die die Tennisplätze nutzen möchten. Der Waschraum ist in der Nähe auch. Hier finden Sie auch eine Menge gute Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar, die große glückliche Stunden zu haben! :)
Ob Sie am Strand bleiben und Filme auf dem großen Flachbildschirm, Spiele spielen (es gibt ein paar Brettspiele und Karten), tun Puzzles, Picknick, Tennis spielen, gehen Sie für eine Radtour oder nehmen Sie ein Kajak (erhältlich wählten mieten gegen eine geringe Gebühr) ... Sie alles was Sie alles tun müssen, haben! Und wenn er nicht da ist, einfach fragen ... was auch immer ich tun kann, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel, Spaß und Entspannung zu machen, werde ich mein Bestes geben! Ich bin stolz auf meine Wohnung und möchte, dass alle, die dort bleiben, mit einem Gefühl von Frieden und Glück gehen :)

Der Strand- und Tennisclub bietet 2 Pools, Tennisplätze, einen Außengrillbereich, ein Shuffleboard und viele verschiedene Clubaktivitäten.

Wenn Sie noch nicht zu Bonita Springs waren, sind Sie nicht! Es ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, an dem Sie sicher einen schönen Urlaub verbringen werden!

    Absolutely Wonderful

    My husband and I spent our thirty-five year wedding anniversary in this lovely condo. Beautiful sunsets every night from the lanai,easy walk to the beach, the pool and the decor made this condo our anniversary a dream come true. I would like to Thank Dawn for her hospitality and we would like to return for an even longer stay. We very highly recommend this vacation spot.

    Wonderful place to stay

    The condo is nicely decorated. Appliances appear to be new. Furniture and bed are comfortable. Beach is across the street. Screened balcony with beach view. Bay is in back - a great place to go exploring with a kayak. There are beach towels and toys in the closet. There are books and board games if you need them. This place has it all. Dawn is marvelous and glad to answer questions to help you find the places, activities and restaurants you seek. Had a wonderful time, hope to be back soon! Thanks Dawn!

    Amazing sunset views

    The condo was just as described ! Everything we needed for my husband and myself. Dawn is readily available for any questions or concerns ! She will resolve any problem or issue quickly ! We had to change our reservation due to flight change and Dawn took care of it ! We had a great stay and definitely glad we stayed in Bonita Springs area, the beach was clean and no construction in this area ! Thanks again Dawn and Max !

    Perfection!

    We had an amazing stay at this condo! First off, the view can not be beat. We spent lots of time sitting on the lanai looking out at the Gulf. Dawn is the Hostest with the Mostest! We traveled with our 3 1/2 year old son and she had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Towels, chairs, coolers and even a cart to haul it all. The condo was clean and stocked with absolutely everything you may need. We can’t wait to book again next year!

    Great place!

    Don was absolutely fantastic. The condo came and stocked with even more than we imagined. For the appliances, tableware, coffee pods, anything you can think of that you would need on your state here she is divided. Cable TV on a flat screen, full screen in porch and I was everywhere to plug your stuff in. She even provided all kinds of extras like Beach toys for little kids and extra sunblock and things under the bathroom sink, Coolers for the beach with ice packs in the freezer ready to go! What a great experience. Definitely will be contacting Dawn to let her know how happy my family is.

    The property is a series of buildings with Condominiums. This was a one bedroom studio type apartment. It had everything except in house laundry period for our stay of a few days this was not an issue. We enjoyed our time and the property immensely

    Effortless getaway

    We couldn't have asked for an easier and more effortless weekend getaway. Dawn had her condo set up with relaxation in mind. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in good hands. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. Whatever I wanted to bring to the beach she had ready: beach chairs, small or large umbrellas, beach mats, towels, a cooler and even a cart to transport it all. Access to the beach was a short walk across the street. The patio provided a nice unobstructed view of the gulf with plenty of seating to encourage us to sit and enjoy the view. There were plenty of personal touches throughout that showed us how much she loves this condo and how much her guest's comfort is important to her. It's a pretty area and we felt safe walking around at night. My husband and I have already talked about coming back for another stay. Thank you Dawn !

    Perfect Relaxing Beach Vacation !

    Dawn, Thank You so Much for a very much needed relaxing Beach vacation for Ted & I - Your place was Perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better week weather wise, as when we left Chicago, it was 32 degrees. The mid 80's & full days of Sunshine were exactly what we needed. The condo has the perfect view overlooking the sparkling Gulf, Beautiful sunsets every evening! We especially loved that we could take a few short steps to the Beach & Doc's - Great food & awesome service! It's in a Great Location, not too far from the grocery store & restaurants. We frequently ate at Doc's, as it was nice & close. We did venture out for a nice dinner to Charlies Boat House, just a 10 minute drive North on Estero Blvd. Another day, we decided to take a drive to Lovers Key State Park, It was BEAUTIFUL, $4 entrance fee, tram to beach from parking lot, clean restroom facilities, concession for a quick bite & all day lounge chair rentals for $8/ea. We also went back there for a short hike on the nature trails. We also drove to Sanibel Island, rented bikes & then drove up to Captiva & had dinner at Mucky Ducks, would definitely recommend, food was wonderful there as well. The condo itself was absolutely the perfect size for the two of us, Clean & Tidy, just the way we like it! Stocked with a couple of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & beach mats, etc. I'd suggest that if it's only a couple, to bring along a small, collapsible lunchbox sized cooler, for packing beverages to bring to the beach. Dawn has a larger cooler, but it seemed too large for a few bottles of water. The shower is large & has great water pressure. The King size bed is extremely comfortable, If I had one complaint, it would be that I wish the pillows were as comfortable (but I've been called a "pillow-snob" & only tend to be able to sleep with down pillows). Although we didn't cook any meals, I certainly could have, the kitchen seemed to be completely stocked for what anyone who chooses to make a meal. I especially appreciated that Ted could go down every morning to the onsite cafe & grab his 1st meal of the day :) Everyone we came into contact in the building was extremely friendly ! - Although we didn't get the opportunity to meet Dawn personally, she was extremely accommodating throughout our entire rental process, responded quickly to emails & texts. We've already decided that we'd like to plan another stay this fall !! We're Already Looking forward to another Stay!!

    Two Weeks of a Lifetime of Sunsets

    Our goal was to have a beautiful place to hang out between adventures. We wanted to have the sight and sounds of the ocean. We could walk the beach, see unbelievable sunsets and have a few very nice eating spots within walking distance. This unit is personally managed and decorated with a beach theme and for comfort. We couldn't have asked for more. Dawn does a great job of taking care of her tenants. We WILL be back!

    Many thanks and a "Must Stay" unit!!

    1st – met owner (Dawn) on site at time of check in – that is cool!! 2nd – best beach view and sun set – absolutely prime location. The unit is nicely decorated and has extras items on site to make your day at the beach wonderful (chairs, umbrella, cooler and such). We had two units at locations, parents stayed at this unit – each night, we visited them for the sun set with a glass of wine. Gets no better than that. You will enjoy this unit and the owner is more the helpful to make the vacation PERFECT. Thanks Dawn!!!

    Great stay at Beach and tennis. Top view of ocean. Most Comfortable, we felt at home. We were treated as more than guests; everything was above and beyond for the price. What a great time. We would love to come back to this condo.

    I'm just a country girl from New York growing some new roots in beautiful Bonita Springs. I moved here in September of 2012 to handle my Aunt Maryssas estate and got stuck in the "Bonita Vortex". Prior to moving here, I was teaching SCUBA to kids at summer camps in the Catskills.
    With my background in Real Estate (licensed since 1996), construction (I grew up with a hammer in my hand and absolutely love all facets of renovating!) and my love of making people happy, getting into the short term rental business was a no brainer. It was a lot of fun until the covids came too town! I rented the unit to annual tenants and have just converted it back to a short term rental. Getting back in the game feels good. I do like to know a bit about my guests before renting so please include a brief bio in your request. I've had some great experiences and a couple of not so great. I appreciate and look forward to getting to know you! Cheers to an awesome vacation!

    I was blessed to have an amazing aunt who loved me enough to leave her beloved condo to me. She absolutely loved Bonita Springs…I guess she knew I would too. I hope she's smiling down from heaven at the renovations I've made to the place she called home for over a decade.
    I've tried to create a warm, cozy, inviting, relaxing and fun atmosphere with my decor to ensure people have a GREAT stay! Also, I have a manager close by to handle any issues, should they occur. Please don't hesitate to contact me during your stay if in need.
