We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Snow removal services are typically scheduled once snowfall reaches four or more inches, and we will review the timing to ensure it was handled appropriately. While we aim to respond promptly, we regret that communication did not meet that expectation during your stay, as we value responsiveness just as much when we travel and stay in lodging ourselves. Regarding the power concern, we were not notified by our electric and gas company of an outage at the time and are following up to better understand what may have occurred. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Thank you for your wonderful comments, we do take pride in our house and love that it is enjoyed as much by our guests. you mentioned long mirrors and bedstands on both sides of bed. We have needed those ourselves on occasion when staying there. On our list for purchase........
