- This 2-story home requires stairs to enter. A bedroom and full bathroom are located on the 1st floor
- Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day
- This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the Guest Contact at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, Arrowhead Lake issues a $100 late fee. Same-day registrations will not be accepted
- Temporary membership (age 6+) fees are as follows: $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season). There is an additional transaction fee per rental of $20 and a gate card fee of $20 per vehicle required
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front door facing the street/parking area. Camera 2 is on the back door facing the deck/lake. Camera 3 is on the back of the house facing the property line. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
