Spacious 3BR w/loft, 2 full bathroom chalet w/hot tub located in scenic Arrowhead Lake, has 4 beds with 2 additional sleeper sofas and a pack & play & is the perfect place to stay, year-round, with friends & family! Relax around the fire pit or enjoy coffee on the main deck! Chalet has a stocked kitchen and is within walking distance to one of the heated community pools. Community offers many amenities - lakes, swimming pools, beaches, gym, playgrounds & more.

ARROWHEAD LAKE RENTAL POLICY
**Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community which provides added safety**

*HOA rules require advanced registration 3+ days prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for community fees for guests and vehicles (not included in nightly rate or booking price).* Reservations made or information submitted after the deadline are subject to a late fee. Additional information included in listing.

GUEST REGISTRATION: Detailed instructions will be provided following booking and guests are responsible for community registration fees, which will be requested after booking. Gate keys are $20 per each vehicle over two. Each driver must have a valid drivers license, and each vehicle must have a valid registration.

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP PASSES: Passes are required for guests 6+, and they provide access to the wide array of community amenities. Fees ensure that the community maintains its beauty, safety & security.

- In Season/Summer Season (May 15-Sept 15):
$8.50/person per night
$40 per week

- Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16-May 14):
$2/person per night

Canceled trips 4+ days prior to arrival will receive a refund of their Arrowhead Lake registration fees only.

Please note the community is closed to the public & any vehicles not included with your rental registration. Any day visitors must be registered in the same manner as guests, same rules and pricing apply.

Other things to note:
NOISE: Please be considerate of neighbors. NO parties or events to be held at the chalet. Loud music/noise past 9pm may be reported to security if bothersome.

TRASH: A garbage & recycling center is located inside the Main Gate behind Member Services. We ask that you drop off trash before leaving. The center is drive through and manned with someone to assist with drop off.
