Genießen Sie unsere 5 Kajaks, 2 Stand-Up-Paddel, ein Ruderboot für 6 Personen und ein Paddelboot !! Unser geräumiges, 250 m² großes Haus verfügt über 3 Ebenen, 2, 5 Badezimmer, eines auf jeder Etage. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit liefern wir die Bettwäsche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Lieblingsspeisen mit. Wir haben auch einen Übungsbereich in der Höhle, der mit einem Liegerad, Spielen und Büchern für Kinder ausgestattet ist. Unser Haus ist für das Internet, Game Cube und Xbox eingestellt. Wir haben HDTVs, einen DVD- und VHS-Player. Wir sind zu Fuß vom Pool entfernt. Unser Haus liegt in der ruhigsten Straße mit kaum Verkehr und ist daher sehr ruhig und privat. Wir sind nur wenige Minuten von der neuen und beeindruckenden Kalahari, dem New Mount Airy Casino, Jack Frost / Big Boulder & Crossings entfernt

Bitte lesen Sie zur Verdeutlichung alle nachstehenden Hinweise: Bearbeitungsgebühr 20 USD. Die Gate-Pass-Gebühr beträgt 15 USD pro Auto. Diese Gebühren werden von der AHL Association erhoben und können sich ändern. Wir senden Ihnen die E-Mail nach Ihrer ersten Einzahlung im Haus mit Details.

Obwohl selten, ist es wichtig zu beachten: Wir haben keine Kontrolle über See, Pool, Annehmlichkeiten, Aktivitäten usw., natürliche oder unnatürliche Schließungen. Daher gibt es keine Rückerstattung, wenn bei Ihrem geplanten Besuch irgendwelche Schließungen auftreten sollten. (Dies ist sehr selten, kann aber vorkommen)

Im Sommer vermieten wir von Samstag bis Samstag und haben einen Check-in um 18 Uhr und einen Check-out um 13 Uhr.

Im Herbst, Winter und Frühling variieren diese Zeiten. Wir haben in der Regel einen 15-Uhr-Check-in und einen 12-Uhr-Check-out. Wenn Sie aus irgendeinem Grund Änderungen benötigen, können Sie sich gerne an uns wenden. Wenn wir können, werden wir absolut Ausnahmen machen. Das passiert im Sommer nicht so wie in anderen Jahreszeiten.

Wir sind tierfrei und rauchfrei. Keine Ausnahmen.

Sie müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein, um einen Vertrag zu unterzeichnen. Hier machen wir keine Ausnahmen.

We had a wonderful girls weekend, the house was beautiful, Lisa was great with answering any questions that I had and was quick with responding. We would absolutely recommend Lisa and Mike's beautiful home and will be planning another trip next summer.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Swept Away. It was absolutely perfect from the scenery to the boating to the hot tub to the fishing. Mike and Lisa have provided so much to keep everyone entertained.. they purposely have gone out of their way to make your stay the best that it can be. The kitchen is very well stocked and we made all of our meals there. What I really loved was being in the kitchen cooking and being able to look out the huge windows and be able have a view of the lake at all times. We have stayed at Arrowhead in the past but we have to say that staying at Swept Away really did ‘sweep us away’ — when we plan our vacation next year, it will be here. Mike and Lisa were always right there to communicate with us and were the perfect hosts.

Plenty of room, lots of amenities and one hell of a view. The only thing I'd change is adding central air. The bedrooms were cool, but the kitchen and great room were toasty. All-in-all, a wonderful home for a week!

Perfect Spot for a Fun, Relaxing Getaway

We booked this house for a quick getaway and honestly had a great time. The house was very clean, cheerfully decorated, and felt so welcoming the moment we arrived. Although it was a bit large for just the two of us, we could easily see two families or a group of friends having an absolute blast here. There’s plenty of space and so many activities to keep everyone entertained.We especially loved kayaking and fishing right off the dock, and relaxing in the hot tub. We also lucked out and caught Music Bingo at the AH Lodge. It was packed, the people were so friendly and the songs brought back so many great memories. This was an excellent outing for our family and friends. Lake side view was phenominal and the bon fire we did made our trip. Gorgeous getaway

Quick weekend trip with my haband and 2 kids. The property was beautiful, clean and came fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. The lake was incredible and we got to venture out and explore on all of the watercraft provided at the house. My kids were never bored with all of the games and activities that were provided as well. Great time and will definitely go back!!

2nd weekend in a row!

Booked this property for a bachelor party 1 weekend, loved it so much, rebooked it for the following weekend for my wife children and extended family as it is perfect for any occasion. The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do the views justice, stunning sunset lake views. Hosts were wonderful and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Fun week, great location on lake, so many rules though

Big house right on the lake with plenty of water toys (kayaks, SUPs, canoes) to take out and private dock to fish off of. Our family of 4 stayed with our friends (also family of 4) for the week. Both sets of kids are 7 and 10. Lots of space to spread out. On the smaller and more quiet lake in the area, beach to easily paddle to from the house which was fantastic. We made fires, read by the water, lots of games to play. Sadly we didn't discover how fun the pool table was until the day before leaving when it was rainy. Nice area to get away from the kids while they hung out upstairs. Area drivers are courteous, giving walkers and bicyclists plenty of room and waving. My only complaint is the intense and overwhelming set of rules and regulations. I can understand they have probably been burned in the past but I would recommend tuning it down. Email just prior had a lot in it, this was repeated and then some in the house binder along with additional written in rules starred and bolded and then I received a couple texts reiterating the same. Some wear and tear should be expected when renting out your house to others, especially with children. We were careful to abide by them as much as possible but it added some stress to the visit in the beginning. The instructions to "double and triple check the house is locked" and don't shout the door code to others for our safety made it sound like a high crime area however we barely saw anyone else the entire time we were there.

Lovely and peaceful lakeside location

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay ay "Sweptaway," The house is charming, clean, well-appointed, and spacious for 8 occupants (although the 8 sleeping spaces are split between 3 bedrooms, which may or may not work well for the composition of your party). We made regular use of deck, grill, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, and flotilla of small boats including standup paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe. The sunsets viewed from the deck or the dock were glorious.

Amazingly Relaxing

Property was extremely clean. Everything was as described. We’ve stayed in this community 4 years now and this was our third different house - and by far our favorite. It’s on the smaller lake and was SO quiet and peaceful. Lisa was very easy to get in touch with if needed. We had no issues whatsoever with our stay. Can’t wait until next year!!!

Relaxing and peaceful

My family had a very relaxing week at Swept Away, which was exactly what we needed. We loved having all of the amenities available on the property and not having to leave at all. We enjoyed morning coffee on the dock, kayaking, the hot tub, fire pit, pool table and everything else it had to offer. Communication with Lisa made everything much easier so we could enjoy our week. The only bad part was having our vacation end.

Perfect property for family vacation

Rental vacation properties like this are rare: private lakefront facing west, dock, boats, hammocks, swings, hot tub, pool table and other games, room to spread out, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds... I'm sure there's much more I'm forgetting. The sunsets, however, are unforgettable. The Lake Arrowhead community has lovely beaches and pools but we ended up spending almost all of our time at the house. I highly recommend this home and appreciate the care and communications from owners Lisa and Michael. 10/10!

Best Birthday ever!

My family, (husband, mid twenty something daughter and son and their significant others) Stayed at Swept Away for this past Memorial Day weekend for my 60th birthday. The house and yard were spotless! And everything was so cheerfully painted and decorated! It was plenty big enough for the 6 of us and we had everything we needed already there! We didn't need to go anywhere! We spent such amazing, bonding family moments right on the property having coffee sitting by the lake on the swings, playing outdoor ping pong, laying in the two hammocks and around the firepit. We also spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was actually HOT and the jets ALL worked! Mostly we spent time on the lounge chairs and the dock and on paddle boards and kayaks. The kids played pool and we saw deer, a ton of butterflies and and Eagle! The sunsets were so lovely every evening as well! We grilled and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. If I were to build a lake house, it would be exactly like this! We will definitely be back! It was a perfect, Magical, long weekend and we were all sad to leave the space! I'm the number one fan of this lake house!

Quiet Getaway

Went looking for a quiet weekend getaway and found exactly what we were looking for. Only problem was the weekend went by so fast. Enjoyed our time here very much. Thank you for everything. Couldn’t have looked or asked for anything better. Definitely one of our favorite short little retreats in a beautiful home. Thank you again!

While house hunting in 2005, our agent brought us to this lakefront. After the showing and our agent drove off, we realized our car-keys were accidentally left inside the house! While waiting hours for the agent to return, we were unexpectedly greeted by the warm summer glow of the sun that set over the property. It was so stunning, in that moment we realized we needed to experience this over and over again. ALL things happen for a reason. Over the years, whenever we could escape the concrete jungle and grind of New York City with our children, the lake provided that much needed therapy for us to recharge. We come here to unload, to breathe the fresh air, take long walks and bike rides all over the community and talk about life and our dreams. It’s been nothing short of a blessing. We welcome you with our heart to our home. We hope your stay brings you amazing memories. That is the standard we’ve set for our property. We hope to be a great fit for your family.
