Welcome to The LAS HIDEAWAY,
Modern mountain chalet with all of the comforts of home—less than 100 miles from NYC. House is located in Arrowhead Lake, private gated community where you can enjoy access to four beaches and three outdoor pools in summer as well as all year access to the community Lodge House with fitness center, pool tables in welcome center etc... You may also enjoy gorgeous fall foliage, two nearby ski resorts in winter, casino etc. Or just hang out by the fireplace, or cook some dinner in the well-appointed kitchen, and chill.
The main living space features a comfortable dining room with 6 to 8 people table, living room centered around a gas fireplace (gas fireplace is turned off for the summer season), convertible couch easy to change to queen size bed, complete with smart TV with firestick that give you access to hundreds of movies, shows, live tv, as well as possibility to log to your Netflix, HULU etc. High-speed wireless internet is provided. Open concept kitchen and laundry nook. One of the most unique features of this house is four seasons playroom, great for family entertainment, with a foosball table, electronic dartboard, fridge, bar and direct exit to an outdoor porch with a 6-chair table (furniture from the deck is put away for a winter until the weather is good enough to bring it back) and beautiful private backyard with wood burning firepit, many space to seat around, picnic table and barbeque grill. Whole property is backed to the woods.
First-floor bedroom includes one queen size bed, dresser with a mirror, two nightstands and walk in closet. Upstairs bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, nightstands and walk in closet. Second with a full-size bed, twin size bunk beds and spacious closet. On both floors you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub shower. Also, upstairs is a loft with a daybed that you can easily convert to a full-size bed, shelf with many board games, books and TV with PlayStation 360.
Extra amenities include:
* big ski closet next to the front entrance (for your entertainment you can find there two adult size bikes, cornhole game, badminton, tennis rackets etc...)
* private driveway to easily park 4 to 5 compact cars
* EVENFLO 4 in 1 convertible highchair, GRACO pack and play bassinet and adjustable baby gate
* basic First Aid Kit
* we do provide linens and towels
* we do provide firewood for an outdoor fire pit
* brand new split level central AC in every room
* in summer season - 4 beach chairs, beach towels (for every person staying at a time),
beach bag and sand toys
IN THE SUMMER SEASON (from May to September) WE OFFER TO OUR GUESTS USE OF GOLF CART, with no extra charge.

Feel safe in our gated, Gold Star community Arrowhead Lakes, which has two lakes, three outdoor private pools, four lakefront beaches, fishing, boating, tennis, several playgrounds to explore, and structured kids' (and adults') activities. You also have full access to a brand-new lodge with a library, fitness center and meeting spaces. Many fun things to do nearby: hikes, wineries, breweries, indoor water parks, skiing, snowboarding and tubing. Within 20 miles are two ski resorts: Camelback Mountain and Jack Frost/Big Boulder, with three others less than an hour away. Also within a half-hour drive are FOUR Waterparks, Mount Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, Split Rock Golf Resort, and countless trails, state parks, and many more!
3 outdoor heated swimming pools (open from Memorial Day weekend on weekends only, from around end of June to Labor Day weekend - open every day-weather permitting).
- Pool Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM with a break for lunch during the day.

WE HANDLE ALL GUEST REGISTRATIONS AFTER RECEIVING THE NECESSARY INFORMATION.
WHEN YOU BOOK WITH US, THERE ARE NO EXTRA COMMUNITY FEES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
However, additional fees will apply if you are planning on having day guests visit you. Arrowhead fees in this case are ($2 off season - $8.50 in season) per day per person (older than 6YO) and $20 for each car gate card.
Information needed to register guests
a. Exact number of guests coming (how many adults and how many children under 6yo)
b. number of day guests (if you are planning to have visitors during your stay, they need to be registered at the same time as you)
Guest(s) of a Renter count towards property's occupancy limit
Information needed to register vehicles:
a. Driver(s) name(s) (primary only)
b. Vehicle(s) year, make, model, license plate number and state.
c. What if it is a rental car? We will mark the arriving car as a rental with the registration process and you need to provide the rental contract with vehicle information upon arrival.
NO REGISTRATION OR CHANGES TO REGISTRATION CAN BE MADE LESS THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Upon arrival you (primary renter) will receive email with QR code(s) for each registered vehicle to allow you to access car gate and all amenities in the community. I strongly recommend to save it to your phone and have printed copy of QR code as well.
Detail information will be send through email.

*The registration rules and the dates and hours of pool/beaches operating, burn bans etc. are subject to change by ALCA (Arrowhead Lake Community Association) at its sole discretion.
We kindly ask to MAKE SURE THAT THE BACKYARD LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF FOR THE NIGHT, WHEN YOU DON'T USE BACKYARD AREA. Leaving those lights on all night is community rules violation for light pollution and result in fine of 50 to 150 dollars (which if occurs will be added to guest additional fees)
For security purposes we have one front, outdoor (only) camera pointed at the driveway. This is a vacation home, so it is installed for the security of the home when we have no guests.
Detached GARAGE is NOT part of a rental property, it is where the owners keep their private stuff.
