Not excellent, because the dryer was very bad worked,we can't dry our clothes, it's important on the ocean. Overall very good,clean,close to the beach

Was a great location , very clean dryer didn’t work very well but plenty of sunshine to dry cloths .We definitely well be going back .Host was very helpful and a call away if we needed anything Thank you for a great vacation spot Would definitely recommend

The property was perfect for our party of 17! We had a couple of small issues with a bed and light bulb that were resolved within a few hours of the requests. The low speed vehicle was perfect for taking short trips to the beach and dinners out. The property was also in a great location in relation to stores, the beach and restaurants. I thought the cover photo with the water park was quite misleading, since the actual water park is about 20 minutes away, but other than that and the fact that we couldn’t find the corn hole bags, everything was as described. We would definitely come back!

The property itself overall was very good. Had issues with leak under kitchen sink, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator icemaker. Property Maintenance Company was very responsive and worked to address all of the issues. Loved having the low speed vehicle available. The property is farther from the local beach access as indicated in the listing. It took about twelve minutes from the property to the beach access. The public beach access next to Pompano Joe's is very crowded at all hours it seems. The community pool across from the property is usually overcrowded and the water quality looks poor.

Check in was a breeze, kitchen had everything we needed. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect. Having a seperate a/c unit for each floor made for our whole family able to be very comfortable. Short walk to the beach , coffee, and Pompano Joe's helped make our stay the best.

The house was perfect for our family of 16 with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths! It is also clean. A few things that would have made it better; more dish clothes and towels, more seating in the livingroom, the pool was very small to share with so many homes, and the travel time to the beach is a pain because the parking spots are always full.

The house was pretty and the location wasn’t terrible but not quite the 3-minute walk to the beach mentioned in the advertisement, but it really wasn’t that much further after we figured out a short-cut. The corners of counters had crumbs, some faucets didn’t work well, some outlets didn’t work, the golf cart needed repairs, and I had to chase check-in (I didn’t get the actual email and had to reach out to property management and eventually got to check in). The house did have plenty of space, was well stocked for a starter stay, and there were plenty of towels and beach chairs to use. I would probably have liked it better if the things didn’t start off negatively from the point of check in. It set the tone from the first interaction with someone who just blew me off basically, and that was with the property management number that I called first to get help.

Room enough for 3 couples and 2 rooms with 4 bunks each for the kids Right across the street fom the pool. 5 minute walk to the beach. Costal Cruise bike rental 4 blocks away and gave us great rate on an e-bike. Parking wide enough for 4 cars.

Great location, beautiful home with nice clean bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having the golf cart to get around. Had a few issues that were addressed right away. There were no Cornhole bags in the field and we called for some but never received them. For a young family like ours, having a game room would have been nice to keep the kids occupied or grass in the backyard. We were the last unit in the cul-de-sac so that was a big plus. The kids were able to play in the front, in the street safely and go directly to the pool across the street. We had a great stay!

The proximity to everything was great. We had from a 2 year old to a 75 year old and it was perfect. The only slight disappointment (due to the picture on line) was the size of the pool and the number of people that have access to it. My family had a terrible experience during Christmas last year at a VRBO (another state). This redeems the experience for them.
