The nearest tram stop is directly behind the apartment building, taking you from Broadbeach up to Southport, plus there is secure parking available for one car.

An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a comfortable and welcoming space to work or unwind when you're not out and about. Head home after a dip at the beach and cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials needed including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and other essentials such as pots, pans and utensils.
Enjoy laid-back meals at the kitchen island or dine at the four-seater table, before settling in on the comfy sofas with a movie. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows surround the living space, with stunning views of the beach by day and the sparkling city lights by night. Head out to the balcony for an alfresco wine at sunset, or sip your coffee while you enjoy the warm morning sun and fresh sea breezes.
Two bedrooms sleep four guests. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed plus an ensuite, and the second bedroom offers two single beds. The main bathroom offers a bathtub where guests can enjoy a leisurely soak, as well as all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.
Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, and secure parking for one car on the premises. Guests can also make use of the building’s shared amenities including a pool, sauna, spa, tennis court and BBQ area.
