Welcome to our absolute beachfront 3-bedroom apartment with stunning ocean views and access to a newly renovated resort-style pool, spa and tennis court. Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private coastal retreat, just steps from the sand.

After a day in the sun, unwind in the spa, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or stroll to nearby cafés and restaurants. Whether you're planning a family holiday or a relaxing getaway with friends, this seaside retreat offers the perfect blend of location, comfort and convenience.

Located on Level 3, the apartment features three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, private laundry (washer & dryer), study area and more, offering plenty of space for families or groups.

Important Information
Netflix

Due to Netflix's new sharing restrictions, guests will need to log into their own Netflix account and select “travelling” on their account.

Access

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building facilities, except for a small number of owner-locked cupboards in one of the bedrooms. Key pick up is from a different location 5 min drive in Broadbeach Key Nest.

House Rules

✔ All group stays must be pre-approved. Please inquire before booking if travelling as a group.
✔ We primarily host families.
✔ Strict no-party policy.
✔ Excessive noise is not permitted as we respect our neighbours.

Things You Need to Know Before Booking

• For last-minute bookings within 3 days, guests may be asked to provide a selfie holding the credit card used for the reservation as an additional security measure to prevent fraudulent transactions.

• An additional public holiday surcharge equal to 50% of the cleaning fee will apply if your check-out date falls on a public holiday. This may be charged separately prior to arrival.

• Only the bedding prepared for the number of guests booked may be used. Use of additional bedding without approval may incur a $50 per night per item charge.

• Booking validation fee: A $10 booking tax applies per reservation to cover guest identity verification (listed as a service fee).

Pet Policy

A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay will be charged separately from the reservation total.

Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Guests must provide details of the pet, including confirmation that the pet is microchipped and vaccinated, and will be asked to provide a vaccination certificate once booked.

Insects & Wildlife

Queensland's tropical climate means insects, lizards, rodents and other wildlife may occasionally be encountered.

All homes are regularly treated with pest control. Occasionally you may see dead insects as a result of treatment, which indicates the treatment is working.

Encounters with pests are not grounds for refunds or cancellation of your booking.

Maintenance & Access

You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary.

All repairs will be attended to as soon as practicable, however delays may occur on weekends, public holidays or after hours.

Maintenance issues do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Please report any issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.

Additional Notes

Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking are permitted to stay at the property.

Occasionally construction or renovation work may occur within the building or surrounding area. This is outside our control and refunds cannot be provided for disturbances resulting from such works.

Family had a great time, heaps of room for 4 adults and a baby. Fabulous location, short walk to amenities, including the tram. Host was also very responsive for any issues we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend and also stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beachfront apartment. The space was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches everywhere — from the massive, incredibly comfortable couch to all the little details that made the stay feel effortless. The kitchen was stocked with handy utensils, and I loved finding binoculars in reach on the TV cabinet. The balcony was easily my favorite spot. The seating was perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the early morning, watching the sun rise and a wine in the afternoon while watching the waves roll in. The bike path out front made for great people-watching throughout the day. Another favorite spot, was 26 & Sunny, located at The Langham, on the corner. Pet Friendly and serves excellent food and coffee. The hosts, Hayley and Brad, were fabulous! Communication with them was a joy, their messages were clear and concise, and they always responded quickly.A truly memorable stay - We will return!
