Wonderful Ocean views awaits you and your guests in this 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment central Coolangatta.Great location for you to explore the local beaches, great restaurants and much much more. Come and enjoy Southern Gold Coast and it's surrounding areas.
Coolangatta is definitely a hot spot destination for visiting the Gold Coast. It offers magnificent patrolled beaches, great surf when the conditions are right, cosy cafe's and well renowned restaurants like Siblings in neighbouring Kirra Beach. Could not be a greater location for Cooly Rocks when that comes around once a year. Only an hour drive to beautiful Byron Bay, 25 mins to Husk Distillers where the famous Ink Gin was born and a short 20 min to Burleigh Heads.

The apartment overlooks Coolangatta beach and offer nice views from the 3rd Floor.

Everything was amazing.. Appartment was tidy, but the bathrooms need to have the mould removed from around the base of the shower and in the sink holes.. other than tbese little things, everything was amazing

This property is in a great location and is a spacious well laid out unit. Bathrooms a little dated but fully functional so not an issue. Communication with the team was very good. It does just get a little noisy when the pub closes across the road but this is not the units fault.

Dissapointing poor communication

Arrivied at the locaton for the keys and there was no keys. Tried to ring the number of the property manager to find out she was on leave (thanjs for the heads up). I found another number and she was very helpful. Had to wait another 45mins for a key to be ubered to us while we sat on the street with our luggage. Only had one key for our stay which was rubbish given you can't use the elevator without it. The apartment is in need of an update as the basin hot water does not work and the bathrooms are old, dated and ordinary. The view and location was amazing but does not make up for the rest of the stay. Definitely not worth the price tag and won't be staying there again.

The accommodation was good, opposite beach and supermarkets were in the next block. Apartment and bathrooms very clean however the space between the two sets of windows in the second bedroom need the multiple, old dead bugs removed.Bathrooms quite dated, but appreciated the great variety of kitchen appliances etc. On booking days ahead of our stay, we took advantage of the option to have the room with three single beds be made up to one single and a queen bed. We arrived to find three single beds in that room. Also weren’t given any notice ahead of checking in that the second set of keys that were to be found in the apartment were not there. We did request a second set of keys from the host but that request was not answered until the following day when I said I was going to contact Stayz. The reply from the host then was the people who stayed at the apartment before us mistakenly took them and were ‘apologies …. the people who stayed at the apartment before us mistakenly took them and were returning them’. I again asked for a second set of keys to be dropped to us and the reply was it was not possible. I replied with a text “ not happy”. Very inconvenient stay all round for us as only one set of keys for five adults staying there, as fob and keys needed to access lift, doors to apartment and to building entry as well as to enter and exit car park. Had we been made aware ahead of our stay there was only one set of keys we would definately have booked elsewhere.
