Passing the estate entry gate and arriving into this beautiful property, you will be absorbed in a mixture of Mexican and Mediterranean-style patio with a blue water marble fountain surrounded by stone-patched pathways, punctuated by a wonderful local vegetation, and into the main arched terraced entrance of the home.

When inside the main grand arched entrance, supported by beautifully crafted Roman-Tuscan-style columns, the house is cleverly split in two halves: inside, and on the left side of the home you will have two bedrooms, one master with a king size bed and a very spacious full bathroom with bathtub jacuzzi, two sinks and generous closet spaces. This master bedroom opens to the outside deck and pool, with a pleasant shaded area facing the swimming pool, horizon, and the sea-views. Additionally, on this side you will have a second independent bedroom with access through the grand arched terrace, slightly smaller, with a queen size bed, full bathroom with shower, and a closet.

On the right side of the house, there are two indoor parking spots with direct access to the fountain entrance pathway (complemented by a third outdoor parking space) to the front door. you will access the third and fourth bedroom via the shared hallway.
The master bedroom replicates in room size and features the master on the left side of the property; furthermore, the master bathroom adds more private spaces such as a second toilet room and an outdoor shower with a thatched roof cover.
