Nestled along Kiawah Island’s legendary Ocean Course Drive, this summer-only vacation rental showcases some of the most stunning views on the island! With marsh, golf, and ocean views throughout, this home features five bedrooms, a private pool, spacious screened porch, and three floors of outdoor living spaces. Beyond the scenic marsh lies the renowned Ocean Course golf course and expansive Kiawah Island beach. The property is an estimated 5-minute walk to the beach via Boardwalk 41.
The main living spaces are thoughtfully located on the second floor to take advantage of the sweeping views. The sizable living room welcomes you with plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV, and a picturesque wall of windows. The open kitchen and dining room boasts another wall of windows. The kitchen has abundant counter and cabinet space as well as a center island with bar stool seating, and the dining table comfortably seats eight people. Just off the kitchen and dining room you’ll find the screened porch with a built-in grill and two tables that seat four people each. The second-floor deck spans the length of the home, offers covered and uncovered spaces for unwinding and soaking in the views, and is accessible from the central hallway and screened porch. A powder room is conveniently located on the second floor.
The primary suite is secluded on the third floor and offers a king bed, wall-mounted TV, sitting area, writing desk, en suite bathroom with double sinks, soaking bathtub, and walk-in shower, and a private balcony with incredible views. Four additional bedrooms plus a den are located on the first floor, all of which open onto the first-floor deck. To the left, one bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and en suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, and another bedroom provides a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and private access to a bathroom with walk-in shower. A cozy den is centrally located on the first floor and provides additional access to the queen bedroom’s bathroom. To the right, another bedroom includes a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared by a bedroom with two full beds. This bathroom has a sink area and bathtub/shower combo. A laundry room and two hallway window seats complete the first floor. The lengthy first-floor deck includes a relaxing hammock, entry to the pool area, and serene views.
The pool area is situated at the far end of the first-floor deck. Whether you’re cooling off in the refreshing water, lounging poolside, dining al fresco under the cabana, or simply admiring the beautiful scenery, this area is sure to be a highlight of your stay. This pool cannot be heated.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. There is an elevator available upon necessity and prior request.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
