Atemberaubende Aussichten, hundefreundlich, neuer Pool!

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the miscommunication. The fridge was working prior to arrival upon our normal checks but some previous guests had mentioned the seal could be a problem so went ahead and had an appliance tech come and order a new seal just in case to be safe but it had not come in yet for us to install. The fridge just has a hard time sealing (common issue in that particular appliance) which we explained about making sure the door is shut properly to ensure food stays cold. Putting a whole load of warm groceries into an empty fridge definitely makes the temp rise quickly as well and spreading the groceries out is a great idea if possible. Since it was cooling prior to arrival we did not mention it but once you asked about it we gave suggestions on how to ensure it works properly. When asked about sending a tech we did mention one had already been out to order a new seal and we do have the extra fridge on hand just in case the seal is still not working after the suggestions. I am sorry that was not explained earlier or more appropriately, the owners are aware and the fridge has the new seal and is working well. Its a fantastic property and I'd hate you to overlook it for future trips as the single issue you had during your trip has now been repaired.
