Welcome to my home!
Ideally located in the 1st arrondissement of the capital and only 2 minutes walk from Place Vendôme and the Jardin des Tuileries, this large apartment is ideal for families or small groups visiting Paris.
The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine in the entrance, 2 bathrooms, and a large lounge, making this home perfect for groups wishing to leave their luggage in the capital for a few days.
The accommodation, which is located Rue de Cambon facing the Court of Auditors, is very bright thanks to its large windows and even quite quiet (2 out of 3 bedrooms overlook the courtyard) due to its location.

A very lively pedestrian district in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, the Les Halles district takes its name from the former Baltard halls, now disappeared, which Émile Zola once called the "Belly of Paris". Now obsolete, this building was replaced in the 1970s by the Forum des Halles, a large shopping centre in the heart of the capital. Entirely renovated in the 2010's, the latter is now adorned with a remarkable architectural achievement, the Canopy, an immense structure of glass and steel with curves inspired by plants... A fashion temple, this complex includes, in addition to its many shops, a library, a conservatory, a hip hop centre, a swimming pool, cinemas, as well as cafés and restaurants.
The city's main attractions are only a few minutes' walk away. The nearest lines are: Concorde (line 1, 8 and 12) and Madeleine (line 8, 12 and 14)
By public transport, you can access it via the world's largest underground station, the Châtelet - Les Halles metro and RER station. In the Les Halles district, you can also stroll along the pedestrian streets of Montorgueil, Tiquetonne and Quincampoix, which are pleasant places to stroll along with shops. Along the way, you can also discover the magnificent Saint-Eustache church with its Gothic architecture, the stock exchange with its dome on top, or the Renaissance style fountain of the Innocents. A very beautiful green space of about 4 hectares, beautifully highlighting the church of Saint-Eustache, the Nelson Mandela garden, inaugurated in 2013, offers walkers and tired shopping enthusiasts a highly appreciated place to relax!
