Situated in one of the most private buildings of the exclusive beachfront development, El Encanto de La Laguna, this recently renovated penthouse offers breathtaking views over the Sea of Cortez from a wrap-around terrace. Equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay, C301 is a perfect getaway place for a couple or for a small family.

The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.

*Please notice that the showers are spa-like bath tubs just for decorative purposes but ARE NOT meant to be filled up.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

-Available for long term rentals.

-Max occupancy - 4 people.

-A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

-A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

-A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.

-The minimum age required to rent this property is 30 years old.

Laid back luxury

We found this to be an amazing and easy way to unplug and relax. It was very quiet and off the beaten path. We will be back! The condo is comfortable and nicer than the listing! Comfy beds and furniture!

Great place. Highly recommend. I would love to come back for another stay. PLC is the best vacation golf course and this home is less than 2 miles away. Golfer pro tip buy the 3 round package.

Great location and staff

We arrived and were given a tour of the beach club by Carlos and were treated with a complimentary cocktail ( very nice touch) We ate lunch and then were escorted to the condo where our luggage had been delivered. The view from the condo of the Sea of Cortez is spectacular. We loved staying on the 3rd floor penthouse. Carlos was so informative and available during our stay for any questions. Sus grocery delivery was wonderful. We will be back!

We loved El Encanto!

Our host was phenomenal, very proactive about communication with us, and helped us rent a car and do some other sundry tasks. The space itself was perfect for our group of 4 (2 married couples). Great views, plenty of space to spread out and unpack, beautiful bathrooms. The location was wonderful too: 5-10 min drive to downtown SJdC, 5 mins from the marina, and 20 minutes to great surf on the East Cape, thanks to the new paved road. Needless to say, we'll be back soon!

We were two couples that have been vacationing together for many years. We found unit A-103 clean, comfortable, and grounds very nice. Very nice heated pool, ocean view was very pretty but the water was a little cool for us in March. We always felt safe and the neighbors were very friendly. I was a little intimidated driving in but once you find the signs and follow them you will get there. My Verizon phone has free phone and texting in Mexico and my Google Map worked and was a huge help to find excellent restaurants etc. Buzzards a restaurant just outside El Encanto we used to prepare some of the fish we caught, highly recommended. We had a great time at Guacamayo, a restaurant my phone guided me into. Maria was very helpful in making for a great vacation. We didn't use the outside grill because we ate at the many good restaurants, but it was clean and looked new. As you come into town from the airport you will see a great grocery store that we shopped several times. We hope to come back soon.

Incredible view and amazing condo!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at your property. The condo and view were great. Communication and check-in was a breeze thanks to the concierge service. Quick walk to the pool club with great food and bartenders. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place we couldn’t of asked for anything more!

Close to a beautiful beach, very clean , spectacular landscaping and maintenance all around. Quiet and great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Friendly and responsive concierge! Couldn’t of asked for anything more …we will be back !

Mexico Getaway

My family and I had such an amazing time at the El Encanto Villas. We arrived Christmas day and left on the first of the year. The property is very clean and well kept with a beautiful beach and pool in walking distance from the villas. My family and I are going to make this a yearly tradition. I highly recommend staying here.
